REALIZING Kulltopia has been the delegate of The Pacific for 3 years 35 days at the time this was written;

NOTING that Krulltopia declared war on the Greater German Reich which rallied many nations, many of whom are victims of the GGR takeovers;

FURTHER NOTING that Krulltopia has maintained the New Pacific Order for all of the delegacy;

APPLAUDING Krulltopia's leadership in The Pacific, and in the NS world;

BELIEVING Krulltopia has given a great amount of time, energy, and effort to keep The Pacific, the NPO, and the NS world in good condition;

HEREBY commends Krulltopia.

Since when is Krulltopia "The Leader" of the war against the GGR? He's the leader of one of the many regions at war with the GGR, and leader of one of the larger members, but he's not "The Leader" of the entire multiregional effort against the GGR. No one is.

Nope. All you have here is a commendation based on Krull being a delegate for 3+ years (dictatorship right?) and some words of war on GGR. That's not commendable.

I think any mention of Krull's involvement with the war against the GGR should be removed. No reason to really be commended for leading a phony war, considering nothing's actually happened.

You really need some more examples of why Krull should be commended in your proposal. War on the GGR and regional stability is a good start, but you need more ideas to expand upon. I don't believe that he is the leader of the war on GGR either, correct me if I'm mistaken.

So he's stayed in power for so long with a very very low endorsement cap. Not difficult.

Why is keeping the NPO in good condition commendable? What has he done to keep the NS world in good condition?

As it is currently written, and that's poorly, I'm against.
