The Security Council;

RECOGNIZING The Black Riders is a very threatening raider region which is continually growing in numbers

ACKKNOWLEDGING that The Black Riders have raided peaceloving regions including but not limited to,
Catholic
Stargate
Middle Earth
Western Europe
Lost
Kyros
Islam
Pacific
Deutschland
Belgium
Charon

FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGING That The Black Riders was refounded in 2011 and since has raided innocent regions which wish to be left alone,

NOTING The Black Riders has raided dozens of regions since its refounding,

DISTURBED by the manner in which The Black Riders treats the natives of the regions it invades,

WORRIED that if not stopped they will continue harming neutral regions,

ANGERED that after they raid regions 70% do not regain their former population number(?)

ASTONISHED how they have helped The Black Hawks, and The New Inquisition in many of their raids,

HEREBY CONDEMNS The Black Riders.

Appears to be condemning an organization, not a nation or a region. No operative clause. Possibly other problems that SC regulars can identify.

A lot of it depends on whether you wish to refer to the Black Riders in the singular or the plural (yes, I know, there are inconsistencies in my amended version, but I lost the will to carry on), but that's most of it made at least grammatically correct and pretty much legal.

While you could condemn them for spam raiding on tiny, inactive regions, I'm pretty certain that short of forum destroying or any other specific heinous act that it's really no longer appropriate to condemn any one invader region.

Until they prove themselves capable of invading a region all by themselves (one with actual active players in it), instead of participating in the invader collage raids that have become the norm, no single invader group deserves special mention, one way or the other. The way raiding has degenerated into 1-3 nations per group attacking in a cluster of 5-10 invader groups, literally taking turns on whose flag is on top of the page, singling out one group is without any meaning.

I'm not even certain when the last time an invader group carried out a raid of any significance without needing the support of 5-10 other invader groups, but it was a long time ago.

Condemnations like this are the equivalent of singling out someone with a speeding ticket for being solely responsible for society becoming lawless.

I'm against this. It's condemning essentially... for raiding and partaking in raider unity... It needs some more details...

Imagine a Cake.

What it needs to be is a giant, 5-story, explosive, rainbow, chocolatey, awesome, deliciousness....
