RECOGNISING the difficult yet vital task performed by our NationStates Moderation Team and the outstanding manner in which they carry it out,

BELIEVING that it ought to be the duty of the World Assembly to recognise this role and reward it in the form of Commendation,

APPALLED that Article 1 of the Rules for Security Council Proposals prevents the World Assembly from giving our beloved Mods such rightly deserved and well-earned recognition,

RECOGNISING that the blame for the existence of this unjust and loathsome restriction lies with none other than he who is most high, the exalted one, creator of the universe, author of fine literature, his most attractiveness, inventor of sweeeet online games, our master before, during and after God, the one I really really hope doesn't ban me for doing this, Mr Max Barry,

NOTING that tabling this resolution on Valentine's Day is probably kind of inappropriate,

HOPING that Max doesn't take it all too personally,
