FOR repeatedly filling the regional message board of the Timewarp Region with repeat posts

BECAUSE they insulted, incited against and complained about the moderators

FOR repeatedly posting links to sites unrelated to NationStates

Therefore, I propose that they be subject to a CONDEMNATION

Let me get things straight here... you're both the founder and WA Delegate of the region Germova is located in. You're upset with Germova for things happening within your region - namely misbehaviour on a regional message board. A glimpse at said board shows indeed only postings by Germova, yet none of you or other people of your region expressing displeasure regarding Germova's writings (at least within the last 2-3 days).
I suggest that you take up the responsibility that comes with being both founder and delegate of a region and talk directly with Germova. If diplomatic channels fail, you still should have the option to eject the offender from the region - if his transgressions on the board are really that bad.

Anyway, this is certainly no international matter and you're wasting both your and our time by bringing this up on the Security Council.

We find ourself constantly baffled that ambassadors constantly and loudly decry the World Assembly for the heinous crime of requiring them to take some care of their populace, and yet here we have a demand asking us to interfere in the internal communications of a region. We can see no reason why such purely local matters should be subject to inter-regional interference; further, "the moderators", whoever they may be and whatever their purpose in the region might amount to, would attract very little of our sympathy were they unable to defend themselves from mere words such as that. We accordingly must deem this proposal unworthy of the attention of the Security Council, and urge delegates to withhold their approval accordingly.

i have read this many times and so other forums

i do admire one thing for one country to condemn enother,

but as this is my laws and government i shall not go to any length or proposal that may jeaporize the safety and security of the local states before me,

and for those who are in my region ,, no one has challenged nor come across this to me
