Its not a flag, nor does it meet the size requirements for one neither Kain or I have used this as a flag, nor have we posted this graphic save on the Osiris forum, if we had known this graphic was in breach of any rules it wouldnt have been posted. Though it was never meant to be a defacement, but an illustration of the fact TITO is not wanted in Osiris. If you had objections you could have asked me to remove it, you did not do so.

At first I felt neutral on this resolution, but after your statements here I think you are now using the mods to grieve and harass me rather than have a sensible debate, if moderators decide on the issue I would ask them to take your organizations hostility towards me into account. This is just nasty, and underhand that you are ousing the mods to get to me.

That does not look like a defacement of any kind, mind you. It looks more like a protest sign and it's not defacing the flag at all. All it says is "TITO Go Home!" in front of a stretched out version of the XKI flag. Why make a big deal about it?

It is our regions flag....stretched out with text over it. It has been defaced. It has been put in the hands of the mods and I am not arguing further.

TITO was in Anarchy and banjected Marxist Rebel.
Then Seeya cleared the banlist and allowed him to return, as I already mentioned.
The 'surprise' is that 10KI was being condemned on the grounds of 'ejecting the long-term native [Marxist Rebel]', when they were actually defending the region from LWU.

I suggest you take a closer look at facts, and you might find what's true and what's a lie.

Ah, but you didn't really know Marxist Rebel was a sleeper; know why? Because he was there, involved in the region, for months. He IS a native, and you jumped your gun. You got intel from a rejected troll, and bought it. Shame on you.

I would have laughed much more if Marxist Rebel didn't even claim the raid now, and you went "Oh, we done goofed now".

All in all, your claims that someone is a sleeper, and your interference with the politics without being asked show how defences are flawed, and effectively undemocratic king-making decisions.

Ah, no. What it shows is that the TITO high brass are pretty good at ferreting out raider sleepers. Unfortunately we can't always protect a region from themselves.

Defences aren't arbitrary actions.
And a sleeper doesn't have the exact same behaviour of a native.

Before defenders deployed
- there were nations moving in Anarchy just to endorse MR;
- you don't get that many endorsements in, uhm, a month (referring to when MR first got close to overtaking Seeya);
After defenders deployed and eject MR
- an ejected native doesn't endosurf.

Add to that that LWU had a surprisingly low number of WAs deployed in TPC (EW wasn't even there -_-), which meant that there was raider activity somewhere else and in a target large enough to justify neglecting to support Unknown in a region as important as TPC (and it's not like there are that many).

Meh on the idea that defending is 'interfering in politics without being asked' (that would make it the same thing of raiding :roll:

*laughs* TITO? Oh, that's a good one. You guys didn't spot that at all, the UDL did and told you about it. You jokers were suppose to come in closer to update but jumped the gun and came in way before hand. Then, after UDL arrived, TITO told them to bugger off and that it was XKI's operation and UDL had no right being there.

TITO's selfishness in demanding that UDL stay out of their own operation that they invited TITO to just made everything easier in the long run. Defender Unity indeed.
