If a legal act was committed in the real world and then it was made illegal, would it be okay for that prolonged now illegal act to be commited? no, sanctions would be introduced and illegal condemnations would be revoked.

So uh... is this proposal ever gonna be pulled out of the submitted queue and edited?
Doesn't look like it

oh well! *shines condemnation badge*
ALL HAIL THE MIGHTY PINGU!

A new proposal will be made. Its too soon to keep thrusting repeals into the Assembly, there's only so many times a nation cares to help out before it becomes immiterial. There will be a new proposal, that much is a promise. Hopefully, when it is put into vote, it will pass, and become a resolution. Then further, hopefully it will be passed and NAZI EUROPE can continue to live its life as an independent region, governing the way its allowed to govern without being judged by the ignorant.

Rules say so that nations based on any ideology CANNOT be banned - see most glorious hack posts. So just submit it up. You beat me to it :)
Represented permanently at the World Assembly by Benjamin Olafsen, and on an ad-hoc basis by Alethea Norrland and rarely Gaia Pao and Gabriel Dzichpol.
OOCly retired from the GA/SC for something called 'real life'.
Author of GA#288 and SC#148.

Again?

Why don't you give it some more time before submitting?

The SC had that rule for a whole three days. :( I think it's going to be a little entertaining watching the rules be in a perpetual state of flux, confusing everybody as to what they can and cannot do this day, and what they can and cannot do the next day. One SC resolutions creates this rule, a repeal repeals that rule, if it fails the rule is "in abeyance", so on and so forth.

As far as NAZI EUROPE is concerned, we will hold off our request to repeal the condemnation, but in good time, we'll submit another.

Any nation that offers one up will be supported by vote, but we request that no attempt be made so soon, or without acknowledgement of NAZI EUROPE Delegation and Senior Regional Leadership.

We repeal anything at any point we please; we don't take orders from you.

At any rate, the OP has resigned from the World Assembly, has been ordered by the mods to stop posting here, and in all likelihood has abandoned this draft as well, so it might be best to leave his thread be.

You misunderstood. A C&C can't ban an ideology because all it can do is commend or condemn, so the GA rule on "no ideological bans" simply doesn't apply.

There was a rule that you could not condemn or commend a nation on ideology alone, but that has been contradicted by WA direct vote and by the failure of a repeal based on that argument.

Re the OP: I did make the exception that the Kenny-copy-named nation could continue with this repeal ONLY in that confusing name, as it had already been submitted. However, as it's now fallen out of the queue, iLock.
