How precious, you defend The Emperor until you are worried he will bring back the members you brainwashed. A Condemnation of Durk would mean nothing, it would benefit us more then hurt us, so please, Condemn each single one of us.

Then go, ask the FRA if they even know about me. Don't point your petulant little finger unless you have good reason. I have good reason to condemn Durk because his nation employed underhand tactics, as always, to stop a region get independence from him.

Obviously I have taken 'actions against sovereign regions and their members'; that is my entire modus operandi, as well as the Imperial Legion's primary reason for existence as declared in its recruitment message and in other places. I fully admit that I have no moral qualms with violating and manipulating foreign sovereign regions for my own purposes, and neither does any other raider on the face of the NS planet.
