I don't like your flag.

From your regional happenings:

78 minutes ago: Luke Empire lodged a message on the Jerusalem Regional Message Board.
78 minutes ago: Luke Empire relocated from Dinosaurtopia to Jerusalem.
3 days, 5 hours ago: Luke Empire changed its national animal to "Sex Slave".

I see no evidence of TBH raiding either region. Kindly state which region we raided. Chances are, we're not even there any more, and we did nothing to the natives except change the WFE. If we appear to be still in the region, then it's either Middle Earth or Republicans, and TBH does not control either region (it's the Wolves or the Knights).
Forever TBH

My unofficial puppet in the World Assembly shall undoubtedly be voting against this, and if it ever reaches quorum, I shall ask for help from other nations in the region to defeat it.

Maybe we should condemn Luke Empire for spamming this forum with this crappy proposal? Also, you're nation is a disgrace to dictatorships everywhere for actually running to the WASC for condemning a respectable and beloved raider org.
"Send forth all legions! Do not stop the attack until the city is taken! Slay them all!"
>Can I invade other people's regions?

Yes. The practice of "region crashing," where a group of nations all move to a region with the aim of seizing the WA Delegate position, is part of the game. Certain groups within NationStates are particularly adroit at this, and can attack very quickly.
>Once I've taken over a region, can I eject everyone else?

You can try. Invader Delegates tend to have very little Regional Influence, which makes ejecting long-time residents difficult. But Delegates can be as kind, generous, evil, or despotic as they wish. It's up to regional residents to elect good Delegates.

Play nice.

Luke Empire, your proposal currently falls foul of Rule 4, in particular part c. That shouldn't be too hard to sort out, though.

Your final clause violates Rule 3 - it's the World Assembly that condemns the nominee, not you. Change it to something like:
The World Assembly Hereby Condemns Black Hawks.

I'd also recommend adding in names of ome regions they've invaded (including your one), so that people can check the evidence for themselves.

If you need more help with writing this proposal, have a read through of this guide to the Security Council, and take a look at the passed resolutions. There'll probably also be some helpful people who post in this thread with further advice, so be patient - don't rush to submit this.

You're actually trying to condemn someone. You really shouldn't be surprised if everyone didn't approve that. What do you expect? That every nation gives you buckets of    ?

Didn't The Black Hawks change Utopia's factbook to ask recruiters to use that region for recruiting despite the fact that recruiting is only allowed in the feeders? Zoblacon went on a TG spree when he saw that!

Yeah I asked 10KI to liberate them because of it and you know full well how much I try to stay neutral in raider/fender relations in all my accounts!

I don't think we'll ever see a proposal. He's too easily led astray. The updated version is also not very reader friendly.

I might disagree with mass-raiding, but you've gotta respect The Black Hawks' organisation skills, it's refreshing to see a group that work so well together. As for this proposal, I can't see that they've caused any lasting harm. As it stands, I don't support a comdemnation.

To my knowledge:

Moonrunners, Nationstates Communist Party and The Crusaders of Justice all had links to defenders and were anti-raider in one way or another. Any defender-affiliated organization is a target for The Black Hawks in this war, just like how The Black Hawks is a target for any defender-affiliated organization. Some defender organizations also show no mercy to raider organizations (like how 10000 Islands owns Empire of Power)

League of the Scaro Alliance, Novus Orsa, Durbanian Sanctum Sanctorum, Hethrum, Durbanian Hangout and Durbanian Archipelago were all regions that provoked The Black Hawks in one way or another, such as RMB spamming. Although not defender-affiliated, they foolishly entered into conflict with The Black Hawks, and lost.

The Slopes was an exception as the last native CTE'd just as we raided it, so we refounded the region upon leaving.

Perhaps you would like to condemn us for having TBH Graveyard under our control...?

Republicans? What's wrong with TBH supporting our fellow raiders, The Phantom Knights? Remember, although we originally raided that region, we don't have control over it any more, and merely play a supporting role. We have no control over what the current delegate of Republicans does.

I repeat, TBH does not control Republicans.

Sounds cool. It's the sort of badge The Black Hawks would very much like - makes it look like a powerful raider region which has multiple impacts. Unknown has one, now we want one :)

Ride on.
