The whole effort does not seem very cohesive. Too many clauses - you should let some of the points run together. The formatting looks ropey as well. Please take a look at previous Liberation repeals, sometimes less is more.

At the moment I would not support this - it’s not of a high enough standard.

I've taken this advice and have made the resolution read an easy-to-track and complete argument instead of just jumping to different points and jumbling clauses together. Does this read better?

The Security Council,

Introducing Syria, a region founded in 2010 with a consistent persistent community, which has a long standing and complicated history with foreign interference,

Persistent may be better than consistent.

Remembering Syria's ties to the Central Pacific Empire, and its numerous defensive alliances,

A complete non sequitur. What is the relevance of this clause?

Acknowledging Syria spent 2023/24 bouncing back and forth between native control, temporary raiders and Starlight defense,

Out of place as far as any timeline goes.

Noting Hydra Main Command's invasion of Syria in 2020 which led to the passing of SC#325. Afterwards, Hydra returned Syria as they saw no use in keeping it, proving the success of #325,

Fair enough but probably could be phrased better.

Understanding that #325 was passed in response to the Hydra invasion, which no longer poses a threat to Syria,

Basically a repeat of the previous clause.

Shifting the focus onto 2026, and highlighting Syria's status of sovereignty being under native control so thus capable of managing its own borders,

Yeah, this doesn’t make much sense especially when you read the next couple of clauses.

Concerned the resolution's now-unnecessary restrictions mean the region's natives cannot control their own borders, making them susceptible to invaders and reigniting cycles of instability not seen for years,

Better.

Asserting that being founderless and governorless does not justify the indefinite suspension of a region's sovereignty, emphasising the importance to self-determination,

Fine.

Hoping that Syria's natives can finally regain full control after years of uncertainty,

Probably belongs at the end just before the operative clause.

Recognising the stability under the antifascist delegate Al-Faisal as the region's longest serving delegate, who requested to secure Syria's borders,

Understanding that Syria has had a long history and reminding the Security Council that a barrier to self-determination of Syria's natives undermines the original purpose of SC#325,

Hereby repeals "Liberate Syria".

These last couple of clauses are okay, one change recommended.
