I, Kain, and the evil invaders, have been working with the others on an irc and forum -- made by Zaolat -- and have been discussing on how our government should be structured. If you read any of my posts, you will see that I was in favour of a democratically elected government.

Upon joining several months ago, I had a profound respect for XKI and TITO, considering their benevolent cause and just purpose; defending with no incentive other than to protect natives from "bullies" as noted in their WFE. However, as time progresses, I gradually lost my respect; the TITO sponsored repeal of Laws of the Sea was sickening, as the proposal was submitted without referring to the NS forums, and it repealed a perfectly good resolution over dubious "errors". Next came their accusing me of being a raider, when I'm a registered member of the UDL and the subsequent ban from their forums because of it; I'm still unsure of their ulterior reasoning to this day. And finally, comes to horrifying invasions of Anarchy, which despite their claims, was not native endorsed; compounded with their regional raiding, they've basically raided Osiris, which I'm skeptical of whether or not their motives are benign or otherwise, as I can see no reason for an organization as large as XKI to need a sinker to effectively defend. So I am strongly in support of this, as I find it inappropriate to commend a region who is under the feint guise of "justice", when as of late, their decisions have been questionable at best. If they can explain these actions adequately, then I will consider changing my mind, but as of now, I'm:

Question to those saying there are no natives (or were at the time) in Osiris, then what is tito defending if theres nothing for them to defend? Would they not just be holding the region so that someone else couldn't have it? Whats the difference between that and raiding?

Why invite an outsider to run the elections as opposed to running them within Osiris?

This is quite an accusation; one that I certainly would not make lightly. If you can provide reasonable proof that this is the case, then it will be dealt with harshly. It's amazing to see the lies of invaders continue eight years into NationStates. In Osiris, there was an invasion by a known invader and we stopped it. Instead of just leaving and letting the invader puppets try to take the region again under different names, we quickly reached out to a respected, neutral, third party nation by the name of A Mean Old Man to organize an election. This election is going on now & when it's over we'll be on our way.

This definitely sounds like a evil, dastardly plan. Defeat invaders, help the new residents set up a fair election that is run by a neutral third party and then leave.

What makes you think the invaders needed to be "defeated"? Do you think we're totally incapable of putting that part of us aside in order to run fair elections? (I dunno, much in the way you have). Y'know, our sole purpose of existence isn't to be totally imperialistic jerks (not that that's even part of mine). We -are- able to be a part of a normal regional community. I'm also not gonna argue AMOM hasn't done a good job with the elections - he has - but he's not the only person, and you're not the only people, capable of running fair elections.

I've seen a lot of MS Paint work in my days in XKI, and I can assure you that no one in our region has the skill or wit to make such a sophisticated piece of art.

Also, saying that the IPs you have don't match anyone in your forum is the least conclusive evidence in history. If this were the court of law, the judge would laugh in your face. It could be literally anyone, and from the looks of things, you don't really have a lot of fans. Saying they're not members of the forum narrows your culprit list down to absolutely everyone who plays NS.

Speaking of evidence, I'm glad you presented us with evidence in regards to the popularity of SkyDip. It would appear he's largely unpopular among members of TITO, but that's not anywhere near the equivalent of saying he's largely unpopular. Granted, perhaps the ego of TITO is so large that they assume they are everyone? Now, I suggest you retract that absolutely unjustifiable statement before your own claim applies to you.
