Because it states it’s for “expressing shock or dismay” yet for condemnations like “Condemn anti furries” are usually not wanted for awarding badges. Which I get but when what do you have to do to be worthy of a Condemnation?

Basically you have to have successfully played in-character the villain for a long period of time, making an impact on the game. Anti-furries, fascists etc are OOC groups and they don’t get badges.

Ah, so like in ur Condemnation, Queb frames the bans of nations as “tyrannical” or something like that?

To answer this question, basically yes. BBD has, for a long time, portrayed the same qualities consistently enough to warrant a condemnation for his impact upon the game and TWP.

I don’t know if this is the right place to ask this, but is it legal to use “RMB” in a proposal? It didn’t clarify on the proposal standards. It said “post” was legal but didn’t say anything about “RMB”.

It is legal, the last time it was used was in SCR#519 by the looks of it.

Are there any existing, non-repealed resolutions condemning nations for doing something bad? Aside from raiders.

The big one that comes to mind is Allied States of EuroIslanders, which is a condemn focused on the Invaders Army forum destruction in 2006.

Several are for things like involvement in various GCR coups or coup attempts: for example, Darkesia, Pierconium, Dalimbar, Minneenee, Wickedly evil people, Feux.

Really? The Condemnations for all the nations mentioned there are for playing the IC villain well for a number of years. Perfectly reasonable and should not be touched.

Is it illegal to refer to refer to refer to "password" in a proposal. If so, are there any better or commonly used alternatives?

Absolutely legal - it’s a term used in NS and mentioned in the expanded details for Rule 2(a) in the SC Rules thread.

That’s more a Technical forum question rather than an SC one I think. You’re more likely to get a correct response there.

Edit: and I was right. :)

this question isn't (to my knowledge) SC specific but I don't know where else to ask it.

What exactly is Quorum raiding?

Say you have an unpopular proposal moving towards quorum. Supporting Delegates can have their region raided and their vote removed from the count.

Time it right and take enough Delegates down you can remove a proposal from quorum and if its time has expired take it out of the queue altogether.

Iirc "discard" is illegal but also sets the proposal to be removed at the next update. It's mainly to remove spam/plagiarism/etc.

This particular author submitted half a dozen or so SC and GA proposals in quick succession - https://ifly6.no-ip.org/wa-proposals/se ... a&keyword= - all have since been removed and not by the author.

Later edit: the author was a WA cheat - multi-ing.

It's tantalizing to throw your opinion in the ring, but it only results in utter chaos, no matter what you say. Left, Right, Up, Down, it doesn't matter, all NSG does is polarize you. After you're polarized, no one can talk you out of your opinion. No matter how wrong it may be.
Go to General Assembly and participate in debates there! It's much more logical and less polarized because those resolutions will actually have an effect on nations.

Making bad proposals is not condemnable. A condemnation is a reward for being exceptional at some aspect of the game, a "dark commendation".

Ah, condemnations require skill here, right xD
Lmao, I wish there was a condemnation that actually hurts and makes your nation nearly unusable. It would be private* too, meaning you wouldn't get a cool badge. Although if you know about the resolution you could still know that nation is condemned.
