A Resolution to Condemn The Black Hawks

Concerned by patterns of coordinated activity attributed to The Black Hawks involving repeated incursions into sovereign regions and actions that disrupt established regional governance,
Noting that such coordinated disruptions can reduce opportunities for stable regional development and undermine the ability of native nations to maintain independent governance structures,
Emphasizing the importance of respecting regional sovereignty and preserving the integrity of established communities within the NationStates world,
Affirming that sustained patterns of destabilizing activity are contrary to the principles of stable and self-determined regional governance,
Hereby condemns The Black Hawks for engaging in repeated coordinated actions that undermine regional stability and sovereignty within the NationStates world.
