[ABANDONED] Repeal SC#513 Liberate Kelios

Postby United Disney States » Sun Sep 29, 2024 2:28 am

Hi Guys! This is my proposal for the repeal of SC#513! Can’t wait to see your thoughts! NOTE: This has not been submitted yet! Yes it is simple, but it should work. If their should any edits made, let me know as well! :)

The Security Council,

Security Council Resolution #513 “Liberate Kelios” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

Acknowledging, that Kelios has been liberated from foreign invaders, and has returned to peace and prosperity.

Relieved, to see that the native community of Kelios, is returning to the region, after being liberated.

Wishing, for a safe and prosperous recovery of Kelios, during these difficult times.

Rejoiced, to see Kelios return to a safe, nurturing community, filled with democracy and stability.

Hoping, Kelios for years to come continues to have a safe, nurturing community, filled with democracy and stability, without the invasion of foreign invaders.

Hereby Repeals SC#513 “Liberate Kelios”.

You know, I am still new to this, and I am learning as I go on, so I didn’t know if I needed consent first, and that is a mistake I made, and yes, my proposals, are not as great so some other people’s proposals, but as time goes on, I will get better, even though right now it isn’t good.

I realise you're just trying to help, United Disney States, but it's best to follow the natives of the region on this stuff. They gave defenders permission to submit it in the first place, so they'll have to decide whether they want to keep it or repeal it. :)

No native support = no support from me.

Not very well written, feels like ambulance chasing.

After reading the comments, by all of you the best decision, is to not take further action and submit it, and respect the native’s current wishes, hopefully we can revisit this in the future, when Kelios is ready to get rid of SC#513 Liberate Kelios. But for now I think I should take a step back from this situation.

I’d be ok with you repealing the injunction, NOT the Liberation.

So they can transition from frontier to stronghold so they won't get raided again, I figure.

So you didn't even bother to ask the natives for their support. Hypocrisy at its finest. :lol2: But then again, this is Disney, so who knows what other resolutions they would remake lol.

I think they're on to something. We could be witnessing a new and excitingly experimental frontier of SC proposal writing. If libjunctions are so contentious, why aren't we encouraging visionary and novel approached to gameplay like this? A deterministic chaos meta could blow some new wind in the sails of this swag body.

Yeah, exactly. We can't (and shouldn't keep) the WA del as our only executive for too long. That puts us at way more of a raider risk.

Your definitely on to something, a new type of law called libjunctions, that is an interesting strategy that could be implemented.

The idea of libjunctions (i.e. one proposal to perform a liberation and an injunction) has been raised twice during September in the Technical forum and been rejected by Moderation.

It's October now. The meta changes, the game evolves, you can't get stuck in your old ways like this. The world might pass you by.
