Reminding the global community of the duplicity of invaders, attempting to rehabilitate their horrid crimes against peace by propping up illegitimate governments in targets, such as the Philippines recently,

Noting that The Crown Dependency of Hong Kong has been subject to attempted conquest in a quick turnaround from the previous occupation, led by a so called “imperialist” society, a dominion of Raider Unity and their Emperor, the Pretender,

Seeking to deny these rotten interlopers their desired result, in taking the region as one of their own, and affirming the support of native government for this resolution,

It's now so common as to be best practice not to outright name the groups involved in occupations in resolutions... although it is a practice I very, VERY STRONGLY disagree with, on the grounds that the Security Council is a permanent historical record and it should therefore be easy for any new player with five million population to log onto the site, read through the archive of SC proceedings, find out who did what and why.
