MT, generally contemporary, but computing, electronics, and rocketry are 2-3 years more advanced. In those fields, if somebody in the real world has it in prototypes, we have it in use. One exception: we have two-stage to orbit (TSTO) reuseable spacecraft and single stage suborbital ballistic hoppers for very long intercontinental flights. This is a "yesterday's tomorrow", assuming that the Delta Clipper was funded to operational status.

The Tech level of our nation depends on the sector being discussed. We would like to think that we are MT, but due to our unreliable economy we use lesser and older technologies in some areas of life. This is especially true in our military's Army, which is technologically a hybrid of the USMC of today and the USMC during the Cold War, as well as a lot of foreign elements.

Things like housing and transportation, and the Public sector in general are borderline PMT. We have great systems in place there due DASHES's massive Public Sector and respective funding/enforced lack of corruption.

Politically, we are alt-history. DASHES has a unique approach to international events.

So all-in-all we identify ourselves as MT.

We're "barely modern tech". Our communications technology is cutting edge but it isn't commonly used in day-to-day life. Cellphones are available but most people don't even have a phone in their house. Military technology is the best we can borrow from the rest of the world but our cars are mostly circa 1960.
