The Federation wouldn't care as long as she abides by the laws of the Federation. If she does she will be treated like a normal citizen like everybody else as all races are treated equally (by the government). If she does not she will be punished for her crimes by the Federation and treated like most criminals. If she attempts to escape during her trial this would add onto her criminal record which would most likely sit in a folder and gather dust as the legal system is extremely slow due to the massive amount of crimes in the Federation. Eventually if the case didn't come up and she still caused trouble she would be hunted by some of the Federation's more unfavorable vigilantes.

. 1b) She does not use force, in this she serectly starts an uncover operation. She starts to find a plot of land and requests a factory to be built here. Her being out in the open, she is eaten by a passing Deaterdactyl. Her slaves eventually go back to their own country and take over the cooperation. They make millions together.

2) Stay in Tipidemica and meet the people. She contacts a..
. 2a) shady person who turns out to be from the same nation she is. They start talking and eventually they decide to go back home (go to 3.)
. 2b) a well dressed person who turns out to be a drugs salesman who she was not aware he sold her drugs. She becomes a Crack whore and dies on the streets. Forgetting to ever go home.

3) She leaves Tipidemica immediately, swearing to never come back.
