The Founding of your Nation, How did it happen?

Many years ago, there was a huge land of unmarked territory. There were natives there who were very scared, as there were black and purple beams coming down from the sky every night.

Soon, one dark night, a red dragon landed beside the cave that the people were staying in. "I want a nation, named after me, to praise me, remember me and I will be their god." So the people named the land Zitru, after the dragon. Then it added; "My new name will be Slifer, you will all treat me as your god." So for the next few weeks, they prayed and worshiped Slifer.

Then, black and purple beams came down from the sky that night. "Obelisk, Ra, Uria, Hamon, Raviel." Slifer commanded. "We are all your gods." So from then on, there are 6 gods in the religion of Dragoaism (Pronounced Drago - isim).

The Declaration of Unification, which united the City-State of Darkaan with the City-State of Atrulia, was signed after HRH King Tizutri Darkaan and HRH King Stahnasuk Atrulia wed in a lavish ceremony in front of their subjects, in ~2192 BCE. A year after the other four city-states joined the union, the Declaration of Foundation was signed, creating Tsvarchi.

The Island of Santo Dios has been inhabited since before written records, however the first ever King, (King Joven I), started ruling in 700A.D.

In ancient times, far before recorded history, legend states that all the world was at war. Though each sided with their sovereign, many people were tired of the suffering and strife. They prayed to the gods for salvation, and all but two gods replied

"Defeat thine enemies, and we shall give thee peace."

And so the people continued to fight.

Eventually, The Spirit of Nothingness emerged into The World, and still the fighting continued. Only now it was worse, because The Spirit of Nothingness waged war against all. Again they prayed to the gods for Salvation, and all but two gods replied

"Defeat thine enemy, and we shall give thee peace."

The people despaired, for they knew that never would they have peace. So they prayed to the one whom even the gods fear, the one whom not even The Spirit of Nothingness could overcome, The one true source of All Things, he who was known as The Omnisource.

The Omnisource had heard their prayers, and waited, knowing that the time was not yet right when they first asked. All things exist in balance, and peace would have ended the balance, the results of which would have made the people worse. Now it was time. So he sent the two gods who had never replied, as his agents, for these gods worshipped The Omnisource, and waited on his word only to act.

These two gods descended from the heavens, and gathered those that would follow with them, and lead them across the lands to a new place, and gave it to them saying

"Here is this land, it is thine, and it shall bring thee peace. Yet never forget he who gave it to thee, The Omnisource."

And the people rejoiced, for at last they had peace.

Yet The Spirit of Nothingness was wroth with anger, saying

"Why should they have peace, when I do not have peace? Why should they be happy, when I suffer daily for their existence?"

And so saying, he crossed the lands to the new place, and sought to take it from them. The people despaired, for war had returned to them once more. Yet the two gods would not allow this affront to The Omni's will to stand, and so they prayed

"Give us the power that only you can command, that we may drive this evil from our lands forever more."

And so The Omni granted them his power, and they struggled with The Spirit of Nothingness for fifty days, and fifty nights in combat. They emerged victorious, and stood before the people.

"Because we have fought on thine behalf, we shall rule thee as Emperor, and Emperess. This land shall forever be known as a safe haven from war, a war-haven."

And so it is, that even unto today, the Warhaven still exists.

Our nation began in the time of the Gods. We were always there but so were the Gods surrounding us and making us bend to their will. But one day a new person came, one who promised hope-one who promised freedom. His name was ELMalpha and he created an army which rivalled the Gods themselves! The war went on for two hundred bloody years in which the entire ecomimic foundation of the land of ELM (short for Elector, Laminoso and Maharila-the lead gods) was destroyed. homes were pillaged, citys bombed and entire species being annialated. The war closed on a stormy day when the Gods and ELM armys destroyed each other but then a new formation came called A.L.P.H.A came and the gods were pushed back untill only Elector, Laminoso and Maharila were left. THey were brought down quickly. Untill only Elector was left-the most powerful god. As ELMalpha went to slay him a bolt of pure energy hit him. But some how he lived and directed the energy into Elector who exploded into one billion pieces. But as we all know, if you are a god then you cant be destroyed. So ELMalpha cast them all into the deepest casm and using the immortal energy closed the rift.

Elmalpha had a heroic victory parade and the people cheered for him. But twenty years later they found that the crops wernt growing and the seasons only went from freezing cold winters to boiling hot summers. Nothing could survive outside and every illness and pestiliense came. But the worst thing was death. Before that faithfull day in the newly named ALPha death only came from the gods but now life expectency was fourty years. A new person came into the emergency government ELMstrapha and he thought that the Hurra (king) ELMalpha was worng to banish the gods and that he should have a vote of no confidece and ELMstrapha should be made Hurra. This all could of been settled quickly by a civilised vote but no ELMalpha had become as power crazed as the Gods. He immediatally had all of parliament arrested and given the death penalty. But ELMstrapha and a few of his closest followers escaped and raised a huge army. On the battered desert of the Krakenois the last battle for the land was faught. THe two armies clashed on the blow of a horn but many of the soidiers wernt killed by ther enemie but killed by the Krakenois. The battle continued for two hundred thousand years but just as the solar allignment occured ELMalpha was shot in the head by ELMstrapha. Suddenly a ray of pure energy escaped the dying body of ELMalpha into ELMstrapha and the war was over.

ELMstrapha immidiatally set to work rebuilding all the temples, citys and well society in general. But this was not his great moment. On his coranation day, as the people cheered a bolt of pure energy blasted a crack into the deepest rift. ELMstrapha collapsed as to undo the work of one immortal bolt you have to send just a smigin more energy into the rift. The ground shook and the ELM's came out in a glorious shower of gold. They couldnt take over as before the war though. The one who freed them would have an infinate number of wishes and ELMstrapha certainly new what to say. He asked the gods to rule with the Hurras and government and not to take over and treat the people with disrespect. They had to accept and when they asked what else ELMstrapha asked for nothing more.

And so from that day foreward when a Hurra dies the heir is next to him so the gods can go into him through the bolt of pure energy. The new government passed a law saying that from that day foreward the nation will be called ELMstrapha after there glourious leader. The Hurras are now always called ELMstrapha as a mark of respect and they still sometimes tap into the infinate number of wishes. The nation of ELMstrapha is now a stunning nation where only the best things exist.

Our nation was founded in 1256 when the island was invaded by the Berentzian tribes.

The Galladian Empire was founded several earth millenia ago, when the Aelune race broke free from their human slave drivers and defeated them in the Great War. The Aelune claimed the humans territories and slaughtered the remaining humans of the planet.

Alexlantis was founded during the Great Revolution in 2000 when Alkovan, General Zvinsky, and the Alexlantian people overthrew and killed the Tyrants.

What we know as the Social Republic and Scientific Collectives of Frenequesta has its origin in the wake of the privatization of many national space programs around the world. Many companies were providing space tourism packages to the moon and Mars, however resources for these things were running out quickly.

It was then that Samuel Brenner, who owned the Univerz Space Travel Company of America, Gritli Fuchs of the German-Swiss engineering firm Sternbruck, and Han Hung of the Great Wang Terraform Cooperative decided to work together to create a series of joint venture shuttles that would take explorers to various places across the universe to search for new resources.

One of them, #003, steered itself a little off course and found themselves on a planet not covered by the venture, and immediately started terraforming and colonization efforts. (It wasn't until a hundred years later that they realized that they almost immediately destroyed a technologically unadvanced yet sapient society in the terraformation.) When the company heard about this they immediately demanded their profits. However, the colony, known as Joplinia-Lambscott, was already well established, and asserted their independence. The joint venture heads were not impressed and instead sent a fleet to raid the colony by force. By the time it arrived, however, a disease of still obscure origin and symptoms on the ships killed nearly all on board. This resulted in a huge economic loss for the company, and they agreed to an exclusive trade deal with Joplinia-Lambscott in exchange for Joplinia's political independence.

So Joplinia-Lambscott thrived for eighty years until the venture went bankrupt. Fearing an irreversible economic collapse, in addition to concerns about public safety, the people elected a far-right (though socially moderate) party to political power, the Popular Democratic Band, to pursue a program of extreme privatization and industry deregulation. This was toted as "for the technological advancement of Joplinia" although much of the technology was completely wasteful and unnecessary consumer goods that never made use of any new discovery.

In twenty years the landscape was devastated, and benzene poisoning was rampant. The previously neglected, some say suppressed, Socialist Republican Party came into power, and launched a huge measure to nationalize production to salvaging efforts of the nation's cities in order to start anew at a newly discovered planet in another universe, and two years later the country was completely uninhabited, and everyone was off to the stars.

While on these ships, a group of three people, Paul Andrew Jones, Wilson Demeter, and Allen Cosmo, former political bigwigs of Joplinia, met up to draft a new constitution for the new country, hearing feedback from the population on the ship. After landing, the population went immediately to work on building cities, and Frenequesta-- aiming instead to promote the welfare of the public and a economic program rewarding only the most technologically cutting-edge industries-- was born.

We broke away from the Slobovian Empire in the Third (Great) Slobovian Civil War. We achieved independence in 1902.

[The Erusean Republic]

Years ago, Warmongers from Yuktobania and Osea fled their nations to the Anea Continent because they were wanted by the government. At the time, Anea only had two countires, West Erusea and East Erusea. The warmongers rose up the ranks in both countries and once they reached the President's job, the decided to unite the Anea Continent and thus, The Erusean Republic was born.

In response to the increasing threat of the Germans from post World War I To 1936, The Greek peoples Declared war, invaded, and annexed Bulgaria, then Romania. The final plan was to annex Yugoslavia, however, The strong ties politically between the Greeks and The Yugoslavians, plus the increasing threat to the north, meant that they were more than happy to surrender their territory to the newly formed U.E.E.R.

After World War II, the U.E.E.R Went after islands such as Cyprus, Corsica, and Malta, eventually Only getting Malta.

[Palmbuk Island]

In 1798 we were known as The Holy Carnovian Empire and were held hostage in the Carnovian Union. We were freed by the UK and Zitru. Finally in 1904 we gained independence and became known as Palmbuk Island.

[Neo Athena]

It all started with a man by the name of Dr. Horatio Penfield.

Penfield was a scientist and philosopher who lived in Great Britain in the early 19th century. He was a collegue of Charles Babbage and Ada Lovelace, among others, and he was an ardent proponent of their Analytical Engine project. The Analytical Engine was a powerful calculating and data processing machine, what you might know as a "computer". Alas, the project foundered due to lack of funding, and Babbage and Lovelace both died alone and forgotten.

This was the motive: how could the brilliance of Babbage, Lovelace, and others like them have been allowed to fall by the wayside?
According to Dr. Penfield there must be something very wrong with society for this to have happened. He concluded that there were three groups of people holding science and technology back: capitalists, the military, and politicians. These people had no respect for science, all they cared about was making money or killing their enemies, if technology couldn't do that, then it was worthless to them. But they controlled the money, and they made the laws.

Penfield decided that the only way science and technology could advance to its fullest potential was if scientists and inventors could be free of robber barons, warlords, and bureaucrats. Thus he resolved to create a new nation ruled by scientists, for scientists. But where?

Penfield spent most of the 1850s abroad, searching for a place where his nation could be founded. Eventually he found a large, uninhabited island in the North Pacific Ocean that would be suitable for his puposes. He then returned to civilization to spread the word and call all scientists and technologists from near and far to come join him. Most were skeptical, but seven noteworthy scientists flocked to his cause, they were: Prof. Elizabeth Brown, Count Rudolf von Falkenberg, Nathaniel Remmington, Michelle LaFontaine, Dr. Erich Bauer, and Dr. Edward Sawyer. These seven, together with Dr. Horatio Penfield would form the Council of Eight that would rule Neo Athena in its early years. Along with a group of assistants, workers, and other settlers, they set out to found their new nation.

They landed on the island of Neo Athena on May 28th 1859. There, on the site of the future city of Port Babbage, Dr. Horatio Penfield declared the foundation of the Scientific Realm of Neo Athena.

[Sino-Japanese Empire]

The rapidly collapsing Qing Empire married off the Empress Wan Rong to the Emperor of Japan after PuYi bit it; hard we might add. After that, the Japanese helped the Imperial Chinese Army reclaim China from the ROC and CCP and reestablished the monarchy in China; after all was said and done the Qing collapsed anyway and a Resurgent Ming Empire replaced them, and Ming-Yamato was born from them creating what the West calls 'The Sino-Japanese Empire'

The Grand Duchy of Noembreux belongs to the Bordeaux Providence region, but Bordeaux Providence region is also known as The principality of zeon or so the records state.
The Principality of Zeon, also referred to as the Duchy of Zeon and Zeon Dukedom, was the name adopted by the residents of Side 3 from the Republic of Zeon following the death of their former leader Zeon Zum Deikun and the succession of Degwin Zabi. The royal blood line came to a close with degwin zabi who dead not to long after taking the throne. Only one heir remand Karl Noembreux who was degwin zabi's bastard child who took on his mothers maiden name after the massacre which took place within the capital of Florin after the throne was left emptied. Karl Noembreux was only 3 months old when the massacre had over turned the capital, his adopted family had taken him into hiding after the capital was abandoned. He spent most of his time growing up in local nations such as The Kingdom of Dermail , and The Matriarchy of Enderles Kudza since they were neutral nations at the time and former supports of the late Degwin Zabi. The former principality of zeon went into total darkness for the next few years while Karl Noembreux waited till the time was right to come out of hiding. The former principality of zeon split into factions and faded away leaving anarchy through out the region. Over time word leaked out that a survivor of the royal family was discovered, and Karl Noembreux (heir) sought after change but found out his family's name had been forgotten along with the region he was born in. The Kingdom of Dermail , and The Matriarchy of Enderles Kudza recognized his royal bloodline and supported his claim to the throne.
With new military power now backing his birth right Karl Noembreux recreated the former principality of zeon into what is now known as Bordeaux Providence. While leading this new region to power and gathering former nations together under one banner, a new power had taken the stage known as The Grand Duchy of Noembreux. This newly formed power was built on the image of Karl Noembreux, and would be the strongest nation in the Bordeaux Providence. Karl Noembreux was the ruling king of this new nation, and over time reformed the government and united the factions. Although The Grand Duchy of Noembreux is a monarchy nation it holds strong power over all Bordeaux Providence territory's, and was self proclaimed ruling nation among all others. The Bordeaux Providences' capital is located in The Grand Duchy of Noembreux called "Florin". The capital of florin is where the ruling family still lives but is now ruled by Treize Khushrenada the great grandson of Karl Noembreux. He is a charismatic leader, with a strong sense of ideals and an understanding of human nature that give him a devoted following among the men who serve him.

The people who founded Montiar came from a nation known as Duluba, Duluba went through a terrible civil war that resulted in the destruction of the entire nation. The survivors escaped by sea and came to the islands that would one day become Montiar.

Well, in 2118, about 5 colonization ships with 1 armed escort told to destroy the colonists if they didn't pledge allegiance to the unknown empire we were sent from, found this planet. They scanned it for habitability, and after finding that it is brimming with life and breathable oxygen, tried to land on it. During preparations, one of the engines on a colonization ship exploded, causing debris to hit 3 of the other colonization ships and the escort. They plummeted to the surface, the colony ships landing either on the land or in the shore, barely surviving the crash. The escort, however, plummeted into the deep ocean, never seen again. The colony ship that was not hit with debris attempted to rescue the survivors from the damaged ship, but the explosion caused a chain reaction that totally destroyed it, causing the formerly undamaged ship to plummet to the surface, miles away. It exploded upon impact. The survivors from the crashes used the wreckage as shelter at first, but then they started building individual houses out of it, then buildings, and so on until 3 years later, they had built a city out of the wreckage, with help from surviving machines of course. This city became the current capital of Adiakav, and from then on it became a goal to expand.

We rebelled and overthrew the corrupt Saurorean government after trying to use us for slavery purposes. After that, we established the nation of Saurisia!

[Geckocidron]

The grand archmage, Geckocidron I got bored one day, so he promised himself he would be a king before he died. And he managed it. By steel, by flame, by bone and by scale, he managed it.

[Brique Island]

Once upon a time, all the village elders gathered for the semi-annual clambake. They were proud happy people, but could not decide where to hold the next clambake. Every village wanted the honor of hosting this glorious event. But, no decision could be reached, and the argument went on for days and days and days. Finally, after the 33rd day of discussion, the Elder for the Village of North Provonolous stood and declared "Why are we arguing? We're all one people after all!" The other elders just looked at him strangely, because while they all spoke the same language, and shared the same island, they weren't one people, but a collection of villages sharing the same island. A second Elder stood then and declared "But we AREN'T all one people, we are a collection of villages!" This shocked and dismayed the gathering of Elders, because the subject had never come up before. Well, not mcuh anyways. So a third Elder then stood to speak, "I have an idea. Why don't we BECOME one people!" Now the rest of the Elders looked thoughtful and did some thinking. A fourth Elder then stood to speak his piece, "Well, we all like here on this island. We all make our houses from the same mud bricks. We all eat clams. Why NOT declare ourselves to be one people?" This revolutionary thought swept the gathering of Elders, and after sending their wives out for more clams, they declared that all villages of the island, now to be named Brique Island in memory of the many mud brick houses, were to be a single people. After they finished their plates of clams, they held a vote among themselves and discovered that they had all been unanimously elected as the very first legislative body of the Island Nation known as Brique. Elder Yancy Kismetempolia, being the host of the clambake, was elected as the very first President.

So it is told in the annals of history.

Finally fed up with Earth's people's obsession with money and personal wealth, our nation's credited founder organized a mass exodus of scientific minds. 1000 years later, and here we are.
