We, as a free nation, do have a much better economy then you as we do not have any unnatural influences manipulating the markets of our nations and as such we are more prosperous and more civilized. We, relying on Christian principles, do not ensnare the best of our nation to ensure the livelihoods of the lowest wretches, though private charity does exist as it is only the valid way in which one can justify such activities.United Earthlings wrote:Radiania wrote:We aren't Capitalists.
Neither are we and sure we believe in capitalism and by default the private sector, but only in so far as it supports the betterment of our people and way of life. Some things the private sector does very well, for everything else a well lead/run government is not only needed, but required.

Not a fair comparison between you and Nepal. Of course you have a more massive economy your population is more then triple Nepal’s to say nothing of the tax rates which directly affects GDP if my observations are correct.
Also, I wouldn’t be so quick throwing out that 640 trillion as something to be proud of. You have no income tax to speak of which leads directly to you having pretty much a non-existent government/government services since there’s no funds for a government to operate. Everything’s run by the private sector {100% according to your NS page stats} including your government if in fact you even have a government and to top it off, what government services you do have is run very inefficiently.
On the other hand, even though I have a slightly larger population then you, my government spending per dollar as measured percentage wise is much more efficient which means all and all I have developed a much more balanced economy if slightly smaller at 592 trillion verses 640 trillion. Example, I spend less percentage wise on defense and yet have a much higher defense budget which means even removing the population advantage out, I’m better off in the long run as I’m not running up a yearly trade deficit of over 1.5 trillion and can still afford to pump government money into health care, social welfare, social equality not to mention the environment.
You were saying something about a larger economy?![]()
My Economy
Your Economy
Nepal's Economy
(Also the trade balance is not a readily accepted criteria within the rping realm cause it ignores other activities, such as the slave trade and oil.)
