We have decided to open up our capital, the beautiful Scio Utopia, to ambassadors and delegates from across the international community. We provide, to our closest allies, if they so wish, the extra protection of the subterranean fortress that houses our government. Or, if chosen, we offer several locations on Orador Street, located in a central location in the Capital.

Staff: If you choose to have an Embassy in sector 11, you will only need two guards, for it is the safest place in the nation.
Weapons: Weapons allowed in Sub-Scio Utopia: Electro-stun weapons, sonic weapons (nonlethal), and tranquilizers.
Vehicles: No-one in Advancement of Man, save for the police/military, uses any terrestrial transportation other than the rail system, which brings anyone anywhere they want for free.
The following locations are vacant:
Sub-Scio Utopia Sector 11: the Embassy sector of the Subterranean fortress of Sub-Scio Utopia, it houses the entire Government's offices.
Orador Street
Scio Utopia: the capital city, houses many museums and offices. All embassies will be located on Orador Street.
