The official maple season begins today, and us Vermonters going to celebrate all night and morning. Already a large crowd of 5,000 people has formed around the Vermont State House, and it is expected to grow to a whopping 10,000+. In total, it is estimated 150,000 people will be celebrating in some way.
Starting tomorrow morning at 12 AM, stocks of maple products will be on their way to destinations all around the world, suiting people's needs for fresh maple-y goodness.
On hearing the joyous news that the maple season has finally began in Vermont, with supplies of delicious maple syrup soon to be on its way to Izzyshipper, Queen Sophia I commissioned a gold plated maple leaf to be donated towards the Vermont State House.
We are very thankful for the Queen's gift, where it will be revered as a treasure.
The CEO of Tunbridge Maple playfully dared Mapleoir Enterprises to compete with their Maple Vodka, which is expected to be a hard to beat product.
Mapleoir Enterprises assured him it is Tunbridge that should be worried, when they announce their mystery product at 12 AM.
