Therefore, the seat of power is wherever the Federal Constitution of Zeppy is located, currently in the Confederate Fortress in the City of Gibraltar. All power delve from the Federal Constitution in the Hall of Union to the Palace of Congress, the Mansion of the President and the Lodge of the Supreme Court.
