Private ownership of guns is strictly forbidden. The non-conformists might otherwise get crazy ideas, like staging revolutions to gain more personal freedom. Can you imagine what would happen if enough armed philanderers formed a private militia to force us to legalize adultery? Yikes! Morality and social order would go down the tubes!

Most men are reservists in the military and receive military training as such. While military weapons are property of the state, private citizens can easily go about owning a small assortment of standardized firearms, that are sold by the government. All firearm transactions must be handled by the government, and weapons cannot be inherited or privately sold or purchased, but they can be sold back to the government.

All weapons are catalogued and tracked by the government, but the fines and red-tape to obtain one are minimal.

The easiest to obtain and most widely owned is an assortment of 12 gauge shotguns. They serve the citizen's utility for a firearm while posing very little threat to El Presidente's military power police or power thus are cheap and easy to obtain.

.22LR rifles are often owned by children as young as 12 years old, as El Presidente considers Markmanship to be very important.

Handguns and high-powered rifles can be owned, but are more severely regulated and the citizen must testify before a tribunal as to the reason and purpose of owning this type of firearm before they can purchase one.

There are no laws regarding control of gun ownership in the Funky Shroom. However, there are many laws regarding gun usage. Carrying any kind of firearm within a certain radius of El Presidente means you are liable to be shot, no questions asked. Using firearms to stage a rebellion, revolution, or some other form of insurrection subverting federal authority means that you will be punished by a public hanging, with your tarred body being left out for days. Your guns will be added to the national armory or melted into currency. Poaching using firearms means you are liable to be shot if caught, no questions asked. Same for murder, and any other form of violence as long as you are caught committing it with a gun.

in DGE firearms are illegal, but in state Controlled/Funded Media, they are taught how to use a firearm, but in such a manner they are not aware that they are being taught how to use firearms, so when a war starts, the masses who have been taught how to use firearms can join the Europäische Landarmee to defend the homeland Cheaper then it would be otherwise.

In the Dekerin Domains, the aristocracy are always armed and the middle-classes who compose the industries, police, civil service, and militia are frequently armed. Peasants and women, however, are permanently barred from keeping weapons unless given explicit permission and training by their lords.

There are no laws governing ownership of weapons. A resident of Rikese can own anything from a knife up to and including quantum devices and weaponized nanotechnology.

civilians are allowed to carry small firearms like Pistols and submachineguns, but anything larger than that is forbidden for civil use. of course you need a license to own a gun and mentality tests have to be done prior to that. carrying a concealed weapon with you is forbidden.

You must register your gun, but beyond that, our only law is: any non-military grade weapon is permitted for private citizens, age 18+.

Any non felon over 21 may own a firearm, but background checks are frequent and mandatory. Any individual who buys another weapon for one who can't gets 30 years in prison.

But Mokan law allows up to Rocket Propelled Grenades to be privately owned(anti-tank with licence) due to previous instabilities and government problems, however it is rare to find someone other then civil war vets with those weapons. Most families due possess some sort of firearm.

Guns are banned for all except for members of the military. This law was put in place just before Misoko's civil war, at the very least to restrict the rebels' access to firearms. It is likely to be overturned in the near future, though.

Firearms in the Kingdom of Nouvelle Rhodes are banned except to police officers, the military, and special personnel mandated to carry a firearm by the King himself. There has been no negative reaction to this law, as Rhodians have the right to carry a bladed weapon (the blade must be at least 60 centimetres, however), and do so.

Fully automatic belt fed machine gun? Sure. Silenced 7inch AR pattern? Why not. If you can afford it, you can have it. Now then, rocket launchers, grenade launchers, etc... those aren't so much in the hands of the citizenry as the manufacturer might not sell them to the public. But if they do, then the public can have them. The Imitoran government actually trusts its citizens, so it doesn't care what you have.

We only allow people to use, wield, or own a gun after they're 21 and own a Ballistic Weapons License (BWL). If caught without one, the gun usually gets taken away forever from them.

A person must be at least 12 years old to own a firearm. They are not allowed to shoot on roads. Military veterans must have at least 5 weapons for self defence. People must own at least one gun by 20 years old for protection. You must be at least 13 years old to own anything other than a pistol.
