In the Hyrhu-Dyii, if we ever have a Black-Ops mission to pull, we use HARS-S and Sweepers.

HARS-S are HARS troopers specially equipped to operate stealthily, and without trace. They try as hard as they can to leave no trace at the target, or the path to and from the target area.

Sweepers are a canceled project from the Dark One's era. They are genetically engineered super-assassins, that can feel nothing, and know nothing but their mission. They are sent to kill dangerous targets.

OOC: The Directorate of Strategic Intelligence (military) and the Foreign Intelligence Service (civilian) both are capable of 'black ops' type missions.

All black-ops special forces operations are carried out buy SATs (Special Assault Teams) Teams are purpose built for each mission with troops drawn for the various special operations task forces.

The Malpais Rangers perform counter-intelligence and foreign infiltration and sabotage missions. There may be other black ops, but this is the only one that needs be publicly revealed.

We assemble task forces from the North Phent Defense Force and the Blue Berets if we need a specified mission accomplished, though the KDFA (Khazyani Department of Foreign Affairs) is what we mostly use for... special assignments.

OOC: Task forces = Eliminating terrorist groups and preventing nuclear attacks. KDFA = The kind of people who would all impersonate civilians to make the target feel like he was in a public place before shooting him in the throat with a subsonic round.

In UMF, they're the secret, secret option for the most discreet private military operations. Some groups are independent, others work for a particular corporation or another.

They also seem to demand the highest fees for mercenary services abroad.

In short: the only way you'll find out is if one of our soldiers busts in and shoots you.

OoC: The 707th Brigade is a half-special ops half-black ops, and the SIN (Spredronian Intelligence Network) also has the capacity for black ops.

Lightning Force is an elite paramilitary group that performs secret operations such as assassinations and acquisition/destruction of special weapons. They are sometimes recruited from soldiers, but not always. Sometimes arrested hitmen, and other types of criminals are given this chance if they are exceptionally skilled. Other times we recruit from the civilian world based on a narrow psychological profile of the types who would perform with absolute loyalty.

They blend in perfectly and they are not identifiable. They are well trained in the most experimental fields of psychology, including mind control through manipulation.

Once a Lightning Force agent captured and subjected to an interrogation was able to convince his interrogator to free him, and then kill himself, purely by persuasion.

Decepticon Foreign Intelligence takes care of spying, assassinations, sabotage, and foreign-targeted propaganda.

The existence of this agency is in no way secret; the main command center occupies a rather prominent building in the capitol city and its head general is famous. It is equally well-known that they have the sneakiest alt-modes and make use of some of our best technology. They are as hammy as the rest of us, and go so far as to publicize their involvement in events as soon as it is declassified.

What IS highly secret is their current missions and the details thereof. By the time someone realizes this department's agents have been in their nation, the agents are usually already gone - taking the information they seek with them.

If they realize beforehand, it's usually because just enough information was intentionally leaked in order to cause chaos and suspicion within a targeted government agency. It is quite amusing to watch a foreign government do things like destroy all of its own office equipment and computers because it realizes that one of the pieces MAY be a Decepticon agent.

The glorious Magocracy of Bakakishtan employs two 'Black Ops' Special Forces.

The first is the 'Dark Hand' or 'D Company'. They are very similar to the CIA. Depending on the mission, they either dress in any form of military attire suitable for the mission or sometimes even in civilian clothes or disguises.

The second is the Kobold Rangers. As the name implies, it is entirely made up of Kobolds. They are dressed gear matching their environment and use M1 Garand's as their primary weapon. Secondaries are short swords, daggers, and an M1911 pistol. They are compared to MACV-SOG or LRRP units used in the Vietnam War.

The Gedanke-Polizei and the Special Reconnaissance Division are generally regarded as Black Ops forces, though the GP is more for ideological purposes (they're our secret police as well) and completely unknown, whereas the SRD is for more practical applications, and their existence is known.

OOC: In the ASOB, there is an international special operations group and a domestic special operations group. SOG has a highly covert group called SOG Six, also known by its self-made moniker "Snake Eye." Snake Eye is responsible for any dirty work overseas. Domestically, Agency 22 ensures that any highly unpopular or wrongly acquitted leader is…taken out of office. Markus Suparno was the most recent agent involved in any operations, when his status as the assassin of former president Alexander Zubruckis was declassified in 2010.

The "Медведь" (English translation: Bears) is the LlamaOnenian "Black Ops" division within our Special Forces unit. Each "Black Ops" unit is assembled as a special task force from Special Forces Operatives. The teams are always disbanded upon completion of their missions and new teams formed for other missions. However, all their files are highly classified and whether they succeed or fail we will deny their existence.
