I'll focus on the head of state for the sake of brevity, with top 11 favorite games/series/franchises/developers in no particular order, even if he has many more games beyond 11, and this is involving many tough choices. It is important to note that video games are an established medium in the USAP, and everyone has their favorites.

President (and Commander in Chief seperately) Montag "Crow" Wolf's top 11:

1. The Civilization series
2. Rise of Nations (Sorry Age of Empires franchise)
3. Paradox Interactive strategy games
4. The Rockband series (and the first two Guitar Hero games)
5. The Command and Conquer games (excluding 4, feeling it to not be a proper ending to the Tiberian timeline. Sorry though, he just grew up with Command and Conquer rather than Starcraft and Warcraft)
6. The Battlefield series (while he does like the Infinity Ward's games and Bungie's games, he just prefers it currently)
7. The Metal Gear series (Sorry Thief)
8. Tom Clancy's franchise, (Splinter Cell, Rainbow Six, and Ghost Recon series specifically)
9. Valve's games
10. Criterion's games (Sorry Gran Turismo, Forza Motorsport, and Need For Speed Franchise outside of the Hot Pursuit relaunch)
11. Bioware's games (sorry Ultima franchise, Mother trilogy, Gaia trilogy, and SquarEnix, and others not named)

Talk about tough cuts all around, some of those would probably start a flamewar, especially since I didn't include anything to represent the platformers, adventures, or numerous other genres which all deserved to be on that list, the underappreciated classics, the various greats not mentioned, or the most flamable opinion of them all due to not even being mentioned (with the exception of the Mother Trilogy), Nintendo, despite how great their games are. This list is not essentially the same opinion of the poster's. (Sarcasm alert)
