Elected officials are required to be shareholders and can vote for themselves.
Embassy building information.
Information about the location of the embassy in the country
All embassies will be placed in the Capital City of Vancouver, along one of the three newly constructed embassy rows. Downtown Vancouver is a mix of east meets west and is a melding of colonial Britain and Asian cultures. Besides being the center of the Federal government, it is known worldwide for its shopping and night life. Some have called it the Hong Kong of the West as the city never sleeps with businesses of all types open 24/7.
All embassies will be placed in structures long the designated Embassy Row districts. All embassies have open garden area on the back of the structure and it is here as well is the access to the embassy’s underground parking. All embassies are protected by a low-voltage electric reinforced fence around the perimeter, with the gate requiring a biometric passport and gel fingerprint scanner. Additional security features may be added at the approval of the Foreign Affairs Department. Further the Embassy's soil will be Diplomatic protected Territory of the country which is in charge of the Embassy, but isn't sovereign soil of the country.
Each Embassy Row area has its own Maglev train station access to aid in the transportation of persons in and out of the area. As well there is a centralized four pad heliport that embassies can arrange to use.
To aid in the protection of the Embassies and the staff of the Nations housed within, North West Canadian Mounted Police working in conjunction with Ministry of the Interior Security Forces will carry out patrols of the areas and monitor access to the areas to prevent protesters, and criminal elements from targeting the residents. Only official and authorized vehicle traffic is allowed in the areas to keep down congestion, improve security for the residents and to cut down on environmental and noise pollution.

Reserved Rights of the Government of The Peoples Republic of United NW Canada
If the need should arise, the rights and privileges that have been granted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs may be revoked at any time. In addition, any embassy deemed undesirable will be first kindly asked to leave. If the ambassador and his employees agree to do so, then they will be given ride home in a chartered aircraft. If they do not agree, then the embassy will be forcibly raided by NW Canadian Security Forces. The government of the residing nation would then be asked to send an airplane in which to bring its ambassador and employees back home. All property, furniture, and personal property within the embassy will be classified as government property and sold at public government auctions. The country will not receive a second chance to open either an embassy or consulate in the Peoples Republic of United North West Canada
Any embassy of any sovereign state or country, allied or not, that is found to be knowingly harboring a fugitive (domestic or international) who is wanted by the Government of the Peoples Republic of United NW Canada will be placed under immediate lock-down. The embassy will be contacted and a request to turn over that individual to NW Canadian authorities will be made. If at the end of the negotiations the individual is still sot and the embassy has not turned them over, the embassy compound in question can be raided and thoroughly searched for the wanted fugitive. If the figure is found, then all embassy personnel will be detained and questioned. If it is found that the ambassador or embassy personnel deliberately hid the figure, either by request of the homeland or for personal reasons, then the all embassy personnel will be deported to the homeland and the embassy compound will be shut down.
Weaponry Regulations
Weaponry inside the embassy compound must be limited to:
Ceremonial weapons, (swords, knives, kukuri's, bolt-action rifles, etc.), will be dealt with on an individual basis.
Equipment Regulations
* Only weapons that will be allowed will be:
- Non lethal weapons
- Pistols and/or revolvers.
- Submachine guns (of pistol caliber only)
- Shotguns (pump or semi-automatic)
- No high-energy discharge weapons such as microwave emitters or lasers (including blinding lasers)
- No explosive devices, antitank weapons, or alike.
All firearms, weather fully-automatic or semi-automatic, must be stored within secure storage lockers whilst not being carried by your embassy security forces inside the embassy compound.
Only semi-automatic weapons, knives, and non-lethal weaponry are allowed to be carried in a discreet and concealed manner outside the embassy, since the laws of United NW Canada apply outside of the embassy.
The discharging of any firearm within embassy grounds is prohibited without a valid reason. If your ambassador or embassy staff wishes to discharge a firearm, they may visit the firing range that is located within the Diplomatic Sector in order to specifically provide our foreign guests with a place in which to fine-tune their shooting skills.
Vehicular Regulations (Applies to land, air & sea vehicles)
Vehicles are limited to:
12 ground vehicles (not including Bicycles)
1 water vehicle (to be kept at the Port of Greater Vancouver)
1 unarmed helicopter/tilt rotor aircraft (to be berthed at the nearest airport when not required)
1 conventional unarmed transport aircraft (to be berthed at the nearest airport when not required)
All vehicles must be unarmed and of civilian design (special requests dealt on case-by-case basis). Civilian-armored vehicles are permitted on a case-by-case basis. The Department of State asks that you not use stretch limousines or über-irregular vehicles such as Humvees. All vehicles must be made no longer than twenty-five (25) years ago (With the exception of ceremonial vehicles). Bicycles are a common form of transport in the Republic, and we wish to encourage their use because of the obvious environmental benefits they pose. Any nation who lists bicycles as their form of transport on their application may receive special bonuses and bicycles do not count against the number of ground vehicles allowed. If diplomatic staff members wish to use the advanced Public Transport System, the staff members will have to apply for special Diplomatic Transport Passes from the Secretary of Transportation. They allow the diplomatic bearer free, unlimited access to our entire Public Transport System as well as the privileges of their position. These passes may be revoked at any time, without notice.

Prohibited Vehicles include: APC’s, tanks, subterranean vehicles, submarines (Only applies to Oceanside embassy), Militarized Humvees, and unless requested and approved by the Foreign Affairs Department, any other vehicles of a military nature will not be allowed to be brought into the country. If in doubt, please make a note in the Special Requests section of the application.
Prohibited Vehicle Accessories include: any mounted weapons, mounted machine guns, mounted grenade/rocket launchers, surface-to-air missiles, air-to-surface missiles, air-to-air missiles, and any other non-approved vehicular armaments.
Plants & Animals
Small domesticated animals, such as cats, dogs, birds, fish, and some rodents are permitted to be brought along as domestic pets.
The pets will be considered to have "diplomatic immunity" and must be kept inside the embassy grounds at all times. The only exception is for dogs (which must be kept on leashes at all times when outside the embassy). These animals must be kept inside the ambassador’s private quarters or in predetermined cages (either indoors or outdoors). They should not, at any moment be allowed to wander around on the outside grounds of the embassy compound without a handler. Before allowing them into the country, please inform the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of any history of aggression or medical issues the diplomatic pet(s) may have. If the ambassador is bringing along a small mammal and/or reptile, then upon landing in United NW Canada, the animals will be given medical tests to ensure that they are not bringing some foreign diseases or rabies. Exotic and wild/feral animals are strictly prohibited. The Foreign Affairs Office reserves the right to send NW Canadian Zoo officials to perform veterinary checkups or inspections to the animals as deemed necessary.
We strongly discourage the international transport of plants as the inspection process is very lengthy, detailed, and may cause some harm to the plants. Also, our climate may not be suited to certain types of plant life. For these various reasons, the Foreign Affairs Office will permit only the entry of seeds into the country. These seeds must be inspected, and they may only be planted on embassy grounds. If you wish to have full-grown plants in your embassy compound on arrival, please notify the Foreign Affairs Office so that they may have the plants already planted in your embassy gardens upon arrival.
Drugs & Alcohol
The Department of State will allow diplomatic parties to bring up to fifteen (15) liters of alcoholic substances per month, without religious or cultural justification into the Peoples Republic of United NW Canada. If there are cultural or religious justifications, the Foreign Affairs Office will allow diplomatic parties to bring up to twenty (20) liters of alcoholic substances per month. Any additional quantities of alcohol require special permit which is available from the Foreign Affairs Department, otherwise the substances will be immediately confiscated and will become property of the Foreign Affairs Department. All alcoholic beverages must be unopened and in original packaging when arriving at the embassy. All alcoholic beverages imported into the Republic must be consumed inside embassy grounds by embassy staff only. There will be no private under-the-table sale of imported alcohol in the Republic. If you wish to do that, go open up a liquor store and apply for alcoholic beverage licenses.
Without substantial reasons, all drugs, expect those prescribed by an accredited and registered doctor with a clean criminal record, are illegal in the Peoples Republic of United NW Canada and are strictly prohibited. Only prescription drugs for a valid medical purpose will be allowed to enter the country. Any abuses of said prescriptions will have the people in questions removed from the country. The Foreign Affairs Department reserves the right to deny any request. At all times, security and armed embassy personnel may not ingest these drugs unless they have a valid medical reason.
