In Basementees, the age of consent is 15, that is to say one may apply for a license upon reaching that age.
When applying for the license, there are 421 forms to fill out and 17 tests to pass.

12 is the age of consent for penetrative sex (there can be exceptions, but it requires review and approval by the state). There is no age of consent for non-penetrative sex, though instances of adult-child sexual activity can be investigated on a case-by-case basis if foul play is suspected.

So we're basically in the same vein as Seperate Vermont and Maraque.

There is no technical age of consent, but only procreative sex is legal in Anogen Dys, and potential parents must recieve a license from the government. The minimum age to apply for a license is 21 years of age, making that the de facto age of consent.

"AGE OF CONSENT"

The rough "age of consent" is around the biological age of 19, but evaluations of the individual may prove that the individual may be emotionally or mentally younger or older than their current age. If an individual is "ready" as deemed by the state, and no issues are brought up in the court of law the "age of consent" could be as low as the biological age of 17 years old and as high as the "biological" age of 21.

We find that a cookie cutter "one size fits all" solution to laws is archaic.

Greater Rhodes' age of consent laws are as follows:

-15 is the official age of consent, at which age an adolescent may have sexual relations with anyone they choose, provided it is not with a prostitute, adopted or foster parent, or a person entrusted with the education or upbringing of the adolescent. In these cases they must be the legal age of majority, 17, which is also the age at which one can marry without consent.

It's hard to say for us here in Andaricus, the age of adult hood is 16 years of age (because of the advanced educational methods we employ) so the age of consent I guess is anywhere above 12 years of age.
