As a consequence of the fractal and frankly bizarre continuum of worlds we inhabit, it occasionally transpires that we lose contact with nations. While most of the time this is only a temporary issue, sometimes the loss of contact is permanent. In these cases, it makes little sense for the Foreign Affairs Bureau to maintain and reserve an empty property indefinitely.

We have therefore decided to officially deregister any diplomatic mission that has been inactive for a period of more than six months. This inactivity only covers a total lack of detectable output in that time period, not simply mutual intergovernmental contact. The relevant Ambassadorial properties will be returned to the Foreign Affairs Bureau until such time as another diplomatic mission requests and requires their use.

The full list of former missions that have been deregistered will be released at an opportune and convenient moment.
