I'm proud to announce that your request to have an embassy in the Grand Duchy of Noordeinde is accepted. I wish Ambassador Beal the best of luck fullfilling her job as Ambassador to Noordeinde and I hope this will be a great start of good diplomatic bonds with Phoenix Militia.

Further a couple of things regarding your requests;

1. The helicopters will be stationed in a Private hangar at s'Gravenhage International Airport, on reasonable distance from the Embassy. The Hangar will be secured by Police and Customs Officers.

2. I hereby officially allow you to send a Marine Guard along with the diplomatic mission to Noordeinde.

3. We have an empty piece of land in the financial district, which is downtown, of s'Gravenhage City. You will be allowed to build your Embassy building there.
