Banchao has been expelled from the Imperial Commonwealth and can be a potential foe. I have called for the cutting of of Banchao and I would like Osthia to comply with this. However, if the government of Osthia does not wish to break the alliance, then they of course do not have to.

Such Treaty having been exchanged and negotiated via afar diplomacy, the following terms are thus laid down, to wit:

1) The United Kingdom of Great Bristain and Ireland and the Constitutional Empire of Osthia hereby agree to establish and maintain a firm diplomatic understanding, co-existence, and cooperation, in all manners whereof. The two honorable nations thereby agree to maintain complete and unbridled diplomatic relations with each-other, to act in a friendly and cooperative manner towards each other, and not to conduct any action or maneuver which harms the other.

2) The United Kingdom and Osthia hereby agree to adopt a policy of free, unlimited, and benevolent commerce, trade, and travel between their nations, and thereby drop any currently existing duties, levies, or tariffs against one another which harms and impedes that goal of a effective economic relationship; Bristain and Osthia also hereby agree to open the ports of each other, and their colonial Empires, to free trade and commerce, with no finanical limitations, although remaining subject to international law and the commerical laws and regulations of each nation. Neither nation shall endeavor to undertake any action which harms the economy of the other.

3) Bristain and Osthia hereby agree to respect and honor the colonial Empires and possessions of each other, mainly to undertake peaceful co-existence and cooperation and to not intervene in the colonial governments or operations of each others colonies, except manners concerning the probable (but unlikely) violation of human rights and civil liberties. Bristain hereby respects, recognizes, and honors the following colonies, dominions, or possessions of Osthia, to wit: namely Quencilvania, Ostharia, Filsia, Alcai, Kyrnish, Mauritania, and Abylia. Osthia in turn agrees to respect, recognize, and honor the following colonies, dominions, or possessions of Bristain, to wit: namely Marbaltar, Iaonia, Keyvis, Cascandia, Basuda, British Tyleria, Sangmaica, The Katherine Islands, the British Jasoni Islands, the British Meagan Islands, Veronica and Savannah, British Jessica, The Roschland Islands, Amanda, Rebecca, Murganda, Gwendolyn, Seeyjanland, Kimberlia, Amylandia, Ericland, Smuktoka, Georgeland, South Westia, South-West Westia, Maryneria, Rezzonica, Sierra, Robertland, Ivoria, The Rosia, Strongstine, Transjared, Josejag, Torreza, Trusical Mascrena, Brooken, the Imperial Colony of Sanegeta, Brittania, Laura, Sheldonia, Chrisapore, Donavania, New Cheyenna, The British Banderan Islands, Nathaniela, and New Marshland.
