SAILSIAN LAW REGARDING REPRESENTATIVE NATIONS

While the representative ambassador is serving his/her nation in Sailsia, they are NOT subjected to Sailsian law, and may not be arrested or detained by Sailsian officials, their residence may not be subject to ordinary Sailsian procedures, may not be subpoenaed as witness, and may not be prosecuted. These policies also apply to the representative's ambassador's administrative or technical staff.

However, members of the representative ambassador's service staff MAY be arrested or detained by Sailsian officials, have their residence subject to ordinary Prezinnese procedures, subpoenaed as witness, and may be prosecuted in according with Sailsian law.

There will be background checks on all embassy staff and the ambassador which must be approved by the Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Raymond Cresler. All prospective embassy staff may be rejected for but not limited to:

•Drug offenses
•Illegal or unregistered weapons
•Previous convicted crimes
•Threats or suspected threats against Prezinni national security
