Well, in Costa Cielo we don't see the point of forcing kids to grow up too fast just so a few adults like to have sex in public and walk around nude. Sex and nudity should be kept on private property, behind closed doors.
Sex outside of the domain of marriage is stigmatized but there is no longer an official ban on it. However, it is quite rare that this happens. When children are taught what sex is, they often told that it is very special and should not be had until you are married a know for sure that you're in love. Some say it is only to make babies which are only to be had within marriage. However, that's only a 25% minority.
In Costa Cielo, sex doesn't sell. Companies/TV producers/authors typically don't use sex to sell their products as the glorification of sex outside the domain of marriage. Also, porn companies are reluctant to invest in advertisement, production and sale in Costa Cielo, a stereotypically prudent Catholic nation.
We aren't apologetic of being a culture that reserves sex for marriage. We don't see it as something that is necessary to live just like many other nations in Europe and on NationStates do.
