Greetings, this is a message from the Grand Collegiate Council of Sienastan and the Lord Regent to the rest of the world.
Sientiastan is a open an Embassy in our capital, Sophiaopolis. We are asking people to send their most intelligent individuals to represent their nation in our capital. Sientiastan is a nation totally dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge, and as such we require all canidates for election to the Grand Collegiate Council to take an I.Q test first, and at least have a Doctorate or better yet a P.H.D. we therefore humbly request that you send your most learned men and women to represent your nation.
We prefer them to have a Doctorate or a P.H.D. However,we will tolerate those with lesser educations as long as they are bright. Also, please do not bring any weapons to Scientiastan. We are a nation that totally neutral in all matters and take a decidedly pacifistic point of view. Most of our citizens view weapons as tools for brutes, bandits and uneducated ruffians and guttersnipes.
On your arrival, you will be met by the members of the Grand Collegiate Council, The Lord regent and the Vice Regent.
