For those of you who are not Haru, but are living within the glorious dominion of The Sovereign Imperium, I am your host of the evening news, Ajyh Bneta Cbayn. we are just now confirming an intelligence report that has been made public by the Council of the Nine.

Yesterday, WA security summit meeting was held in response to the growing threat of several nations that pose world harm to the various regions. The proliferation of chemical, biological and radiological was the main portion of the summit, though to lesser extent was the means of utilizing such weapons of mass destruction.

Catagorized as a level three threat to stability and a possible threat to global positions, The Sovereign Imperium of Machina Haruspex rates significant on the list and total count of nations that is overseen to a degree by the WA.

With recent proliferation of chemical and biological weaponry to the open market, as well as the means to dispurse and or launch them outright, a sizable threat level has been decreed. Coupled with recent sales of ballistic missile boats, aircraft, and conventional military grade hardware, it's not surprising the WA security council is concerned.

A recent communique by WA ambassadors to the notorious pariah nation were told rather bluntly by the Council of the Nine, a security council that oversees much of the Imperium's military and international corporations, that any sale is not to an individual or small groups, but a nation. What the buying nation does with it's weaponry is not of it's concern and that any concern should be taken up with the purchasing nation.

In a state of emergency, after the communique was sent, the Emperor has ordered a state of readiness and deployed security services and House military legions. A statement by the Council of the Nine has declared a witch hunt to be in progress as rogue nations the world over have been feeling the pincer of the WA against their veins. Perfectly fine with their own pawns doing such deals, but the rogues and pariahs should have their wings clipped. The Council has decreed with the Emperor's approval to continue sales via HIA and BSM affiliates.

In news of the day, Haruspex International weapon sales have skyrocketed, and positive signs of continuing sales beckons. Adding a potential product, HIA annouces that the Imperial Navy may go ahead with it's plans to test it's new ballistic missile submarines in the nearby unpopulated landmasses to the east of the port city Choiro.

Asked wether or not this would disturb current neighbors, Admiral Kahlil of the Fourth Order had this to say. " At current time we have had no issues with our training and deployment of vessels. Should the need arise, we will inform these respective governments."

Shuffles papers a bit, looks down a moment and then back towards the camera.
