Communism: Due to semi-recent insurrections of the proletariat persuasion that have since been quelled, the Vaar government maintains a negative stance on Communism in Vaarshire. However, heavily armed Communists that reside in gargantuan, enormously powerful and rather intimidating nations have nothing but the Prince's utmost respect.
Capitalism: Vaarshire is typically described as a capitalist nation, albeit one with high government economic regulation and an extensive "safety net".
Socialism: Who are we kidding. Vaarshire practically is socialist.
Fascism: Vaarshire is not fond of fascism in the least.
Anarchy: Vaarshire is even less fond of anarchy.
Democracy: Vaarshire is a highly democratic country. In fact, our leader isn't so much a Prince as he is a President-for-Life with broad policy-making power.
Dictatorship: Dictators are bad. Elected princes with very broad power over law, domestic and foreign affairs, and the military are just fine. As long as they're nice and don't mind the occasional political freedom or civil right. And by occasional we mean a lot.
Republic: They are fine, but with a concerning lack of monarchy.
Empire: While Vaarshire has nothing against Empires as a governmental system, we would never have the economy or military to become one.
Technological developments: They are very good things.
Militarism: While military spending is on a very dramatic rise, Vaarshire is far from a militaristic state and detests and abhors states which are led by the military, or that use their military to suppress civil rights.
