We, the governing members of the Hahklallaian Parliament and Executive Branch of government, would like to welcome the delegates of nations around the world into our borders. Due to a recent close, the embassy program had to be shut down. President Joesef Lenin saw fit to open it once more, and President Romanov - my Father - made the decision to keep it open, giving nations around the world a chance to establish a greater diplomatic relationship with Hahklallah. Upon establishment and acceptance, you will receive a personal "Thank you." letter from the Director of Foreign Affairs and the President.
