Also, a permit is required to own weaponizable radiological, biological, or chemical agents, as well as certain types of high explosives. These permits are not too difficult to get for a citizen in good standing with a reason to purchase them (and it doesn't have to be a very stringent reason; keep in mind that a handful of private individuals own tanks with Depleted-Uranium rounds). That's the sum total of weapons-restrictions laws, by the way, other than restrictions on things like hunting within city limits.

Also, while they aren't 'things', the practice of chattel slavery is a very serious offense in Vox Libertatem. Putative "ownership" of a slave, participating in the slave trade, or aiding in the recapture of runaway slaves are all capital offenses under Vox Libertatem law, with the sentencing guideline of "death (by means of hanging by the neck until dead), life imprisonment, or minimum 30 years in prison without parole". Any slave that sets foot on Vox Libertatem soil (including an embassy or any VL-flagged ship) is considered automatically free, while any attempted slave catcher, even a foreign national, is subject to this law (as you can imagine, relations with nations with legal slavery are very poor).

Strikes, outsourcing, lockouts, and lay-offs are banned, however, as the "nation cannot afford for anyone to be unproductive right now." -Smoking, while not banned is severely frowned upon and cigarettes are only distributed through Government centres, they are costly and rationed to no more than 10 a day at the most.
