I'm planning on an overhaul of the program where the new procedure will only admit nations who 1) are PMT/FT nations who have RPed (in the II or NS threads) with me in the past, 2) are PMT/FT nations and thus potential RP partners, or 3) are members of the Pony Lands (based on Frenequesta's established relationship with them). Thus, MT, PT, or non-MLP FanT nations will be disqualified from future embassy threads. (Mainly MT or PT nations with PMT/FT versions may apply again, but only in that PMT/FT version, and depending whether I consider the nation within Frenequesta's known multiverse).

Frenequesta's name derives from the Chinese characters for "Prosperity, Benevolence, and Science", and we are active in establishing diplomatic relationships with as many nations as possible. After having sent over many of our esteemed representatives abroad to nations across the universe, we have finally decide to open our borders for any and all nations wishing their relationships with us to be mutual, and to welcome other nations who find Frenequesta an amiable ally.
Frenequesta is a nation on the rather isolated planet of Aprioriposterori in the far corners of the region of the Realm of Unrestricted Science. The atmosphere of Aprioriposterori is very similar to that of Earth, except with more oxygen and xenon. Frenequesta itself is located in a temperate-subtropical region of the planet and temperatures are thus rather mild if not a bit on the warm side.
All embassies will be located in the capital of Neue Bayreuth, and we offer a variety of facilities and amenities for your desired embassy. Here are the locations:
Hutchinson Street
Located right next to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the 41 embassies on this row provide a convenient spot for nations to conduct diplomatic business with our government. Flanked by two subway stations and the Business District nearby.
Orthmeyer Avenue
This row of 35 embassies are located next to the Dustin Poeppelman Memorial Concert Hall and the Swiss District, where many of our fine restaurants are located. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is two subway stops away from here so the drive is not long either.
Confrey Row
This complex of 30 embassies is located three subway stations away from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and utilizes a communal parking garage. It is not far from the Popular Legislature Building and the Ministry of Defense.
Gladiolus Arms (on Adorno Avenue)
This refurnished hotel is located near the Rothermund State Opera House and the Publishing District, although it takes six subway stops to get to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It holds 30 embassies and is connected to Frenequesta's largest shopping mall, so your diplomats will never be short of supplies. This location is the only area that will accommodate helicopter landing pads, so if your nation requests one, please use this location.

A note on Ambassadors: We grant your diplomats most of the protections standardized by other countries, except that we (either the state or an attorney of the defendant) may subpoena your ambassador or any staff member if his/her witness to a crime is necessary to establish evidence in our courts. We are also debating on whether ambassadors shall be granted diplomatic immunity or not, so stay tuned. For the time being we grant diplomatic immunity.
Notice on Vehicles: While diplomats shall be exempt from a provision in General Law #003 that bans fossil fuel-based vehicles, electric, plasma energy, fusion, or hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are nonetheless recommended. A government-run gas station near the Swiss District shall be able to provide the fuel needed for the vehicles if needed.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: As of December 21, all embassy applications with the field "Preferred Address" left blank will be assigned a random address. All such applications addressed before this date will be telegrammed to address this matter.
As a last note, the right to fly your nation's flag at our Embassy is granted. Just be sure to tolerate the amatuer vexillologists that will drop by to awe at them.
