Yes, but proof of citizenship is required which can include passports(if you have no other), ID, driver license. If a citizen comes without one of these they will be detained by naval security until New Armarzia can transport civilian. Please note that we only allow commercial airlines or large passenger planes in are country and once they enter Armarzian airspace they will be given an escort of one MiG-35. No one or two-man, small aircraft.
