The Couture Chateau is a 17th centure beautiful village located in the village of San Cecilia, which is 10min far away from Skorpios Bay (Most popular destination in Monte Mare). The villa has also some excellent vineyards which is the King's personal reserve, and the vest product is the LaRosse Champagne, only 500 bottles are made each year with a price of 100.000 Euros each. The FDK leadership generally lived in the same kind of living quarters everybody else does. Sure the Directory could afford nicer things, but their standard of living was equal to that of your average Korintari lawyer, university professor, or general practice physician. This means 3-5 bedrooms, no more than four bathrooms, large kitchen/dining area, and a little office space overflowing with books in the Director's specialty (medicine, finances, military, law, education, ecology, et cetera).

These days, under the new constitution, things haven't changed too much in that regard. Most Korintaris have a comparable living standard to the old Directory.
