But if that's the case then... how will this individual perform the act of being one's highest representative inside another nation overseas, whilst simultaneously doing all the hard jobs and chores which a foreign relations head must occupy daily inside one's territory..?]

OOC:Well our old ambassador to foriegn countries was Vladimir King SR and he did it while being the emperor of the nation, well in fact. So i think that the head of foriegn affairs can manage it fine as well. And i mean he can still solve problems if he is in another country, he still has the same power but is just in a different place. But if it is that important i can have Suzan King take Vladimir's place if you want.

I have been instructed by the President to contact you, on her behalf, and officially open diplomatic relations between our two nations. While the Commonwealth does not have a structured Embassy Exchange program at this time, we would like to apply for the establishment of a diplomatic mission in your nation and offer you the same courtesy in return, under the principle of reciprocity. Please find attached the application form as laid down in your specifications.

We are open, and, dare I say, will be actively campaigning for close diplomatic and trade relations between our two nations. The Rochehautese Minister of Defense for one is a particular supporter of a mutual approach between our nations in the diplomatic and trade fields, as, I’m told, Defense Forces officers are constantly campaigning for the procurement of military wares designed and produced in your nation.

In order to expand upon the lines of trade that Alkoul currently has, the Ministry of Trade and Economic Development has authorized that a trade agreement is to be established between the Royal Kingdom of Alkoul and the The Crown Commonwealth of Yohannes.
