Bio: Andrei was born into poverty in the city of Indando, in the north of Moresnet, in 1981. He completed college in 2000, but couldn't find a job and became unemployed. In 2002, he was recruited into the local branch of the Workers' Revolutionary Army. He was a rank-and-file soldier during the 2006 Revolution, and although he wished to continue fighting for the cause, he was the subject of an assassination attempt by reactionaries in 2007. He was forced to retire from the Army and moved to the small town of Anyriumo (a paraĥo or muncipality), where he was elected to the local soviet in 2009. In his time in the soviet, he had a low profile, but played a key part in securing a better deal for mineworkers during their dispute with the government in January-February 2010. In May 2010, he fell from favour with the local people, and was recalled from the soviet by the proletariat in June. He now intends to leave Moresnet to look for a new start in another country.

In Brokenfeld, there is only one reason why our economic and social standards are maintained at all, and that is because local communities pretty much fend for themselves on enforcement of laws and social standards. Eh... He would not get along to well here. The first shock to him would be the fact that we are all over six feet tall and could snap him with our bare hands.
