Grossprussia
Foreign Service advisory: Friendly
Grossprussia is a democratic republic with socialist leanings and a strong welfare state. Its centre-left, moderate political stance, commitment to freedom and gender equality all receive commendation from the Inutolander government. Inutolanders should have no trouble visiting this state.

Late Republican Rome
Foreign Service advisory: Use Extreme Caution SLAVE STATE
Late Republican Rome is a timocratic republic which practices slavery and denies the equality of the sexes. Timocracy is a form of government which Inutoland has traditionally viewed with some suspicion - the veneration of money seems at odds with the responsibilities of a government to its people. Egalitarian Akros
Foreign Service advisory: Some Caution Required
Egalitarian Akros, as its name implies, practices radical gender equality. Their past seems to have been unfortunately saddled with censorship and xenophobia, but they seem to be moving away from this towards a free society. Some Inutolanders will find their militarism unpalatable, and citizens visiting Inutoland should be aware that some of the drugs which are legal in Inutoland are not in Akros.

Veceria
Foreign Service advisory: Some Caution Required Neutral Slave State
Veceria is a monarchy with a basically progressive outlook. However, their autocratic tendencies and unfortunately permissive attitude to slavery are of concern to the Inutolander government. It has been flagged as a "Neutral Slave State" - a state enslaving no-one on its own but recognising slavery within its borders as valid.

Any other relevant information? It's not all bad. There are three provinces on the main continent. Zevkhay, the capital province, is lovely. Polinas is also lovely. Milkavich... not a nice place to go to. That's generally where all the bad things (terrorism, insurgencies, pollution, UXO, violence) are confined to, so travel is advised against there, due to the risk of attack from groups such as the PRA (People's Revolutionary Army), and the general risk from unexploded munitions and the local xenophobic population.

Government: The Red Tidean government is run by a body known as the 'Central Institution', the Central Institute, or simple 'The Institute'. The Institute is made up of the various government ministers, the head of the Armed Forces, the head of the PKI, and the Institute Director. The Director is the official Head of State and Head of Government, although in practice that latter role is fulfilled by the Institute as a whole.
Libertarianism <--> Authoritarianism: Authoritarianism. Red Tide is most certainly a police state.

What is your nation best known for? Immense military and industrial power, extensive totalitarianism, an apparent disregard for the lives of its own citizens, and immensely pragmatic approach to international affairs.
Any other relevant information? The 'stance on' is actually Red Tides stance on itself. When it comes to international affairs, it will deal with anyone and everyone, although country's that adopt a ideology that it claims must be 'exported' are treated with suspicion and dealt with cautiously.
Once past customs, the most a tourist will likely have to deal with Red Tidean government officials is the occasional request for his or her travel papers, which include a card issued at customs. Tourists are able to speak much more freely then citizens, although blatantly anti-Red Tidean statements would likely get them in jail on a trumped-up charge. A tourist who is arrested for some reason may simply be detained for a number of days and be released or, more seriously, be detained for a number of days and then deported home. If the tourist, however, is caught trespassing in a sensitive area (which are clearly marked), they run the risk of being treated like a spy.
It is inadvisable for a tourist in a city to go outside between midnight and five in the morning. The vast majority of murders, drug deals, and other 'overt' organized crime activity's occur most often at this time and, as such, the police, Interior Ministry Enforcers, and PKI Agents tend to adopt an 'arrest-on-sight' mindset during patrols at this time. If a tourist must go out, it is advisable for them to ask the hotel (or whoever they are staying with) to call the local police and request an escort. The police, Interior, and PKI personnel won't arrest someone already in the presence of a government official and the criminals who operate at this time prefer to avoid drawing notice of any Red Tidean government officials.
Aside from a number of locations just beyond the foothills, traveling within the central mountain regions is very dangerous. It is in this area where the Red Tidean government exercises the least amount of control, with only the railway links, mining complexes, and various government facilities (including the prison camps) guarded. The rest of the mountain ranges is largely controlled by the Red Tide Organized Crime Group called the Ushanka's.
Otherwise, crime is rare and largely limited to petty thievery.
