Is the death penalty legal in your nation?

Yes. It is enshrined within the Constitutional Law.

If so, what are the methods?

Normally, we just hang dangerous criminals at the gallows.

Under no circumstances, shall the state hold the power to end the life a citizen, whether foreign or native; nor a resident, nor a tourist so long as the Nuclear Fist remains a stable and pure to it's founder's true intentions. Should a person within the nation's borders or territorial waters there of commit a heinous crime worthy of such a punishment, they are to be put to work indefinitely; so as to improve and punish, whilst at the same time of the labour force not shrinking.

Capital punishment is one of the two punishments available here, the other being fines or labor. We do not simply have "prisons", as this is regarded as a waste of tax money, and lesser infractions are punished simply with fines or labor (for those who cannot pay the fines). Should an offender be found guilty of a greater violent felony, the death penalty will almost certainly be imposed. In practice, executions are not as common as one would expect: Most cases don't quite make it to sentencing as would-be offenders are often shot dead by their victims or bystanders, and therefore, the trial is mostly about determining the bounty that will be paid for them.

Capital punishment is one of the punishments available, generally only used for particularly heinous or serious crimes: repeat or multiple murder, particularly grisly or callous first-time murder offences, occasionally rape (though we prefer castration for that particular offence.)

Capital Punishment is legal in all states. Most reserve it only for Class I offenses (capital murder, high treason), but the state of Victoria went a bit overzealous with it in the years after the Revolution. State legislators paranoid that dissidents and Negroes would attempt to overthrow the Nationalist government changed the laws to allow the death penalty for anything that even smelled of rebellion. Thousands were executed between 1973 and 1980. The completion of the Negro deportation in the early 1980s caused the state government to soften its stance somewhat.

Capital punishment is the standard punishment for murder and treason(though we have a more loose definition of it than barbarous foreigners), the methods being firing squad, electrocution, and beheading.

In the Federation of Sakha & Crotava capital punishment is legal. Those sentenced to die are often hanged until dead, or in the case of those seen in anguish that can be considered cruel and unusual are shot by the guard. The guard is to aim for the left temple and the bullet is to exit the skull from angled shot through the rear right of the skull.
