10. Armed robbery is to be punishable by death.
11. Piracy is to be punishable by death.

14. Employing someone to kill another person is to be punishable by death.

The following methods are to be allowed to execute persons found guilty of a capital crime,

1. Standard Drop Hanging.
2. For persons found guilty of a capital crime, who are also in the military, execution by firing squad is to be used.
3. Electrocution
4. Nitrogen Asphyxiation.

States are to chose the method of execution that is administered within their boarders. However for Capital Criminals who are sentenced by a Federal Court and found guilty, Standard Drop Hanging is to be used (ex. Members of the Military.)

Those sentenced to die are often hanged until dead, or in the case of those seen in anguish that can be considered cruel and unusual are shot by the guard. The guard is to aim for the left temple and the bullet is to exit the skull from angled shot through the rear right of the skull.
