So close to 0% as to be functionally impossible. Some form of nuclear meltdown will probably happen in Skorzenia eventually, if only because of the sheer number of active nuclear reactors we have. It's extremely unlikely to happen in the forseeable future, however, given the safety record of our power plants, and couldn't possibly turn out like Chernobyl given our safety precautions. Worst-case, we'll have to put a reactor into emergency shutdown, and end up with a reactor pool that we can't enter to repair or drain.
