There are also de-facto regions, containing several provinces, usually rooted in the country's history too. The two most influential are the Capital Region (Kaulųs-Okosţa, Gerina and Kerita - home to 20.94% of the population) and Greater Levaiaţ, (High Levaiaţ, Low Levaiaţ, West Levaiaţ and Vuonus - home to 17.33% of the population.)

Whilst the Federal Government is given hierarchical supremacy, each province has its own assembly and a certain level of self-determination.

the northern island is called libertas
the wertern island is called demokratia
the eastern island is called egalite
the central, and smallest island of all, is called concordia and the federal capital situated on it is called Concord city.
libertas, demokratia and egalite are roughly of equal size of territory and population(50 thou) while concordia is a small island of 1000 citizens

They are then ruled by the high king as he also is king of the kingdoms, duke of the duchies and lord regent of the lord regency but also so are they ruled by the highest nobleman in the realm that rules with the blessing of the king to whom the nobleman have sworn his loyalty to. The realm is then divided into even smaller regions that are ruled by local noblemen whom both have sworn their allegiance to other stronger local noblemen and the high king’s representative but also the high king himself.

The Incorporated States of Carpathosylvania is a federation of four constituent republics, including the above, and followed by Galicia, Szekeland, and Moldavia. Also, the Carpathosylvanian republic is subdivided into the autonomous regions of Banat and Csangia.
