A bit too liberal and their king do seems not to do his duty as sole ruler of their nation as he for what we managed to find out forces his subjects to rule themselves but on the other hand so are they a monarchy, granted a weak and inferior democratic one but a monarchy nonetheless so they have earned a "mehh" attitude from the federation.
