Despite misgivings about his Communist views, Mr. Cela is admitted into the country. He is, however, warned that Pennsylvania, due to its recent experience of Maoist rule, is not safe for Communists to visit. New England, which he has indicated, is much safer, but if he should travel southward, he should go via New Jersey and avoid any part of the Keystone State.
