1. Geography
Rhoacolin is a large stunning nation with large cities and amazing suburban towns. There is a warmer climate which drops to an average twenties in the winter and average nineties in the summer months. Despite this the landscape is mostly open, many lush forests and a few large cities. Most of the Unified Provinces are larger and have a southern 'open farmland', a mid-western 'suburban homeland', and a northern 'city utopia'. The most powerful hazard is the Earthquakes to the east and the tornadoes to the far west.
2. Economy
Rhoacolin has a socialist-capitalist type economic structure. Most of the populace are working a very small 6% of the population are below the poverty line. More to come from the Ministry of the Treasurer soon.

4. Military
Rhoacolin has an impressive military. It has been focused on Defense ever since the First War. Rhoacolin has several branches or service. The Airforce, The Bio-Engineered Force, The Militia, The Naval Force, The Infected Hoard Forces, and The Secret Police. Each branch having its own special power. There are over 669-Million 9 Hundred- 10Thousand (669,910,000) men available for deployment at any time. All people must sign up and no person may be drafted into ilitary service unless it is an absolute necessity. 31% of the total population is involved with some branch of the Armed Forces. All members of Tirane, CHAINSAW, the World Alliance, and The Provinces are considered allies to Rhoacolin. The leader of all 6 Branches is the General-In-Command whom is chosen by the Executives to be in charge of the entire military. Should the six be in disagreement (either all six with seperate decisions or three pairs or two sets of three the General-In-Command would be the swing vote and would cast the official last vote, but it would have to be a decision already set, therefore this position is mostly used for swing voting). The long time holder of this position had been Karn Offai who has held the position since the formation of the Federation. He was an honor of the First War and has remained a legend. He was replaced, after he died in Solar 5.19 018, by Brutus Caraway. Caraway was a member of the Airforce until he broke his leg, he joined the Doctors to create the Bio-Engineered Forces and worked there until he was promoted by Eric Adam Thansic to take the place of Offai.
The Airforce- Aircraft both manned and unmanned. Headed by an Airforce General.
The Bio-Engineered Force- A force of bio-engineered babies that were given up for abortion or adoption, changed to become the 'perfect killing maciene'. Headed by a Bio-Machanical General.
The Militia- Armed ground forces, largest portion. Headed by a Major General.
The Naval Force- Forces deployed into large ships and submarines. Headed by a Naval General.
The Infected Hoard Forces- A group of people who were infected with a disease and became 'undead' used as a terror attack. Headed by a Doctorate General.
The Secret Police- Secret armed forces, DO NOT EXIST. Headed by the President Minister.
5. Government and Political Structure
The United Federal Factions of Rhoacolin, Federation of Rhoacolin, or Rhoacolin is a Federal Sociaist Democracy lead by the city of Mt. Harvien. Divided by United Federal Factions which are each lead by a Federal Governate. Its three major cities are St. Harl, nammed after its first leader, Mt. Harvien, which is its capitol, and Nassea, a large city which is where the First War started. Founded on Lunar 12.18 001, which is also the major National Holiday. The Nation was formed based on a Charter created by Salvor Paxus Hardin. Signed by all of the Lords of the original administration. The government is split into 4 'Parts' (Namely- The Executive, The Judaical, The Parliament, and The Federal Office) it is still all intertwined at the Executive Office, which is what makes the Executive Office the head. Each of the Heads from each Office and from two extra offices form an Oligarchical Council called the House of Lords, that votes on certain decisions. These decisions are few and usually passed through by the Head of Government who is also the head of the Executive Office.
The House of Lords is made up of the Head of the Parliament, the Head of the Judicial Office, the Head of the Executive Office, the Head of the Federal Office, and two additional offices which are held by the Head of the Alliance and the Head of Games, who control minor parts of the government affairs. The House of Lords are the only people who are entitled the name "Lord" after holding the office. They are Lords for their life and are granted special access to most venues and have special authority. They have little power however and are still subject to punishment of the law. These people vote on decisions that are passed in the Senate, House, and Congress. Once the bills are passed they come to the House of Lords and they are voted on.
The Head of the Executive Office is called a President Minister, the General Minister is the second in command of the Federation. Each Office takes care of a different part of the government. The Military was at a count 669 Million at the last years Census and was at the heart of it's regions military forces with an Infected Hoard Force and Biologically Advanced Military.
The government sways between two major parties, Progressive Liberal Freedom Party and the Conservative Orthodox Party. There are minor parties that have tried to make it to the top, and one (The Centrists) did. However this failed and the Progressives took the control back. For the most part 46% of the population is in the moderate or centrist area, however the rest waiver between far left and right. The Progressives have more of the votes, but the Orthodox never tire of trying to usurp that title. The President Minister get's the final say however in his/her administration. For instance, when Thansic took back the seat of power he brought back people like James Vassiaen and Alex Daef to work in his administration, who were out of the job during Brauer's terms.
Each President-Ministrial Term was four years, and every two years there was a Senatorial Election. (One right after the Presidential Election, and one half way through)
