I....kinda have to think about the racist part....we definitely aren't to fond of non-humans, though that could just be a lack of contact and understanding, but, we don't differentiate humans based on the color of their skin, merely the depth of their purse or pockets.. I'll put it this way, if you say so, then that's how it is, cause I'm not familiar with 40k. So, yes, but the similarity was not intentional.

Pretty sure I said we were not GENOCIDAL. I don't recall saying we weren't HOMICIDAL. Was it Eddie Izzard who said that its alright if you kill your own people...but God help you if you kill the other guys? something to that effect.

We really don't target our people for extermination for any reason...unless being poor and being unlucky enough to get caught in public at the wrong place and time is a category? Sounds more like a circumstance to me...
