Again, we laugh at the backwards practises of Etoriana.

In the State of Volnotov it is common to strip thiefs naked and then lock them up in a small cages in the middle of the town/city central square(usualy atached to a rope and hanging above the entrance). The thief then has to survive for weeks on mold covered bread and stagnant water while residing in the cage, covered in his/her own feces all while enduring daily public humiliation.

Condemn, goverments are nothing but quasi-feudalist backwards institutions. Only a primitive nation would require one in order to function.
